I hope I never write this for anyone again. Location is good but old , feels great. Food is awesome at least in the conference dining and breakfast we had. That’s it! Front desk is awful they should be fired. Checking in took 35 minutes . Rude behaviour with unnecessary questions that are not relevant. This is more of a marriage garden than a hotel and staff are trained that way I think. They won’t accommodate any requests even getting rooms on the same floor [Rooms were empty as I checked] saying this is not possible. Rooms are rusty and cobwebs in windows. Windows don’t open as handle was removed with a hole visible. Bathtubs are dirty with leaking flush. In our other rooms bathroom revolving door didn’t close 😳. I am not staying again for sure.

Clark Amer is a very nice hotel. The hotel is very beautiful from the front and inside. If you have come to Jaipur and want to roam around and stay in Jaipur for a few days, then this hotel is the best option to stay. Along with this, the facility of International Sanganer Airport is just 5 minutes away from here and nearby Jawahar Circle is Asia's largest circular park developed on the highway traffic circle.

I recently stayed at hotal and was disappointed with their policy regarding the cloakroom. The staff did not allow me to store my handbag there, which was very inconvenient. I expect better customer service and flexibility from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression on my overall experience.

Nice hospitality, staff are polite, attentive and sincere in service. Food items are delicious and served hot as per requirement of guests. Narender (captain) was receiving guests with sweet smile and arranging their requirements.|On the whole wonderful experience staying in Clarks Amer 👍
