Royal Lakshmi Palace

A good, reasonably priced hotel which was clean and welcoming. Everything worked more or less as expected for India. Breakfast was a tasty and varied spread. The food in the restaurant was also reasonably priced and always very tasty. The price, room size, storage, bathroom finish and amenities like tea and coffee make this very good value for money. It is well located for the airport and shopping malls. I sense there were some teething issues with it being a newly opened hotel and we had some communication difficulties, however the staff did all they could to help and were extremely accommodating. If I needed to be in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Stayed here during peak season of Diwali. The rooms are pretty good and clean. The staff and hospitality is quick in service and very helpful. The in house restaurant is very decent and the food served is very fresh. The location is pretty nice which is in new city of Jaipur. You also get multiple good dine-in options nearby. Mr. Prashant, who often sits on the reception by evening, is very polite amd helpful in terms of providing service. He also provided us with a proper guidance to complete Jaipur trip. Keep up the good work.

Great place. Enough sized room with King sized bed. Quick response from staff. Reception person was polite and helpful. Hotel is located nearby airport. Strong recommendation. Completely satisfied with my stay. Thank you.

Wonderful experience and the staff is very cooperative. Service is very good and rooms are spacious and also hygiene is maintained in the premises. Food is delicious.

1) Hotel manager allotted room to someone else without asking me to extend the room, he forced me to vacate the room. I hope this hotel owner will change this black coat manager. I argued with him for half an hour. Why didn't you ask me to extend the room because during check in I clearly told them that I can extend the room. But they allotted the room to someone else. Just imagine this mental harassment that just before one hour they are saying you must have to vacate this room. 2) Even their premium room opens towards the back of local residence so you have to stay in dark as their room light is very low. 3) They serve coffee. Without diluting it. 4) Worst. v arrogant, rudedly bad spoken disgusting manager. i will never recommed this hotel to anybody. too much costly. if u wants ur insult u can stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Lakshmi Palace. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious.Courteous staff. Good food at restaurant. Just 10 minutes to the airport. Near to prominent malls and Patrika gate. Only suggestion they can introduce a desert or two with buffet breakfast

We booked this for the party. The location is in the main area of Jaipur. Staff is sweet and Helpful. The taste of good is not properly good we give on food taste (3 Star) out of 5. They have to improve their food taste. Quality of Food is good. They have good variety of food. I think we are observing every time they are feeling the food the taste of stater and Panner and sweet corn gravy are different all the time not the same taste t Service side they have to increase speed .
