The experience is mixed with good and bad things. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They assisted us to the best of their ability with everything we need. Few things were out of their hand and we understand it. We booked this hotel because it was very close to Fortis Escorts hospital where we had a patient admitted. It was very last minute and very late at night. We were not left with many options. But they allowed us a late check-in. Staff assisted us with an extra mattress. They also assisted us in parking our vehicle outside properly and safely as there is no assigned parking available inside the hotel. The room was a bit small in size but it was manageable. My suggestion would be to avoid booking online and visit the property personally first. If found satisfactory, booking can be negotiated by showing online prices.

I booked online. They showcase good rooms, amenities and give something else. During booking breakfast and meal included but once you check in they deny for same. Their AC and TV is not working condition. Even rooms are not clean.

Never book the rooms via app.and make advance payment against this Hotel,as they rufused to provide complimentry break fast as their kitchen functional after12 o clock and rooms are not propely clean and toilets are choked and the staff flatly ask to cancel the booking without refund.

The staff does not care about the customer. The guy at the reception was on call for about 20 minutes and did not respond to me at the time of check in. The owner is so arrogant and rude and asked me to check out one day before my original booking as he had customers who were ready to pay him more for the room. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Even the room was untidy. The food was not good. I suggest all to stay away from this hotel if you don't want a bad experience.

Location is good and rooms are normal but clean still short space . Room service is not so good they are not attentive to customers need .so i think its a ok'ish room overall

I stayed in this hotel on 23rd Dec 2022. I found very bad experiences there. Ac doesnot work. No sampoo, no towel. I asked towel but the reply was : no staff has come so it will take time. I asked how much they replied 1 hr. One person can come in 1 min from reception because I was in first floor near to lift......
