Worst hotel to stay. I would strictly recommend not to book your stay with this hotel. You will be highly disappointed and feel insulted with your family or relatives. Nothing is arranged. There is no lock in the rooms. There are no toiletries provided. Irrespective of asking them so many times, they are just delaying on things. Services are not provided on time. I had to wait a whole day for just a basic soap to wash hands. Coming to the staffs, they are highly unprofessional with rude behavior, don't know how to talk to girls. The staff was making faces when we complained them about it and showed attitude that either you stay or leave the hotel. The girl sitting at the reception is very rude. I would not even have given one star, but I am not allowed to review this without a star. Never book your stay with this hotel.

Nice hotel and service are good comfortable ,and the staff was amazing. The went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable , I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Specially food was awesome

Service is good..rooms are good..but you can see mostly unmarried couples..I don't suggest for a family..

I recommend this hotel if you're new in jaipur, because this hotels staff's are very good to you and also the rooms are also good, and don't worry about the food there's a restaurant attached to the hotel itself, for me it was a very good experience in this hotel.

Worst hotel ever, poor service, few staff, high price, zero satisfaction, please don't visit this hotel..

Service was very poor . When called for room service, they took almost 1 hr. In the morning, there was no water supply for 2 hrs. When called for that, they cut the phone. Very poor conditions. Some light bulbs are also missing. Tv was not working. Ac has no remote.

Value for money place. Centrally located. Very good food, reasonable rates.
