Collection O Hotel Sundew

Upon check-in, i was alloted a room that had not been cleaned. Bedsheets and pillow covers were full of hairs and dusts. Bathroom was ugly and smelling filthy. All walls were full of dampness and paints peeled off giving the room appearance more like a bus stand parking lot than a hotel room. I had booked a three-day stay, but after i raised a complaint, they moved me to an another room which was disappointingly very small and narrow, with pungent smell again. To my surprise, there was absolutely no ventilation in either the bathroom or the main room. Seriously? Who the hell designs a bathroom without a ventilation? When I expressed my frustration, they suggested keeping both the bathroom and main room doors open to air out the odour from bathroom after each use—a ridiculous solution!!. Such a stupidity i had to face even after paying high price (Rs. 850 per day, which is super costly for this room). I had to stay in my room keeping my room main doors open often! Next wonder shock to me was when I asked for a water bottle. They keep refridgerator dumped with used bisleri water bottles filled with water. Some bottles with faded labels and some with labels removed. It is ofcourse illegal and unhygienic, but still they give them to us as "complimentary" amenity. I’ve never encountered such a disappointing experience and never expected such substandard service. On the positive side, the water heater and AC were working fine. And the location is 900 meters from railway station. If you are staying here with family, the experience would be really terrible and dreadful. If you are solo, you can grit your teeth until you checkout!!

Overcharged for a normal room, AC was leaking water on an electrical circuit, food was terrible. One of the most money hungry owner.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown gopalpura mod ,jaipur. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. . I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my friends.

There was no proper cleaning of room. Bedsheet was dirty and smelling. Staff behaviour was not good. We book hotel at rs 1440 and paid online, but when we reached at hotel they charged extra 12% GST on ra 1540. Very bad .

Asked extra payment at check in even for paid booking. Had to wait too long at reception for check in. In the room, no basic amenities were provided like towel, body wash, moisturizer, etc. Even there wasn't any water. Power sockets and lights weren't working. There was a hole in the roof of washroom from which water was draining full night on the floor thus making washroom unusable. Pathetic experience. Bedsheet had holes in it.

They demand extra amt after reach to hotel as their tarrif is different from amt showing in Oyo,if Oyo show 505 rs par night they will ask for 1120 rs. Service is very slow provided water bottle after 3 times call.tv is not working
