Hotel Gumaan Heritage jaipur

I recently booked this property as Booking.com rated this 9.2 and Oyo rated 4.2, the property doesn't have a working lift, tv, washrooms were unclean, flushes were broken, essentially you're forced to clean with other means after you go to washroom. Property isn't worth the rating.

Rooms are very dirty and service is also not good , bathrooms are also very dirty , there is dust in the room due to which I became sick .

It was a pleasure to stay here. The ambience and the service was very good and our stay was so relaxing. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were comfortable like cotton bathrobes, free wifi, flat-screen TVs. So what I paid was absolutely worth it. The restaurant staff was really kind and willing to attend any request with personal attention. Food was also very hygienic and delicious. All i can say a must visit place…

Exceptionally POOR quality service, not worth a single penny. Rooms were filthy, soiled sheets and unattended toilets. When asked for fresh towels staff said the color of towels are like this. White towels were in grey color. Not even exaggerating breakfast took 2 hours 5 minutes and when asked for just glasses, It took them 2 hours which was inclusive of 4 phone calls, and two trips to reception to get that. 100% waste. Will Not recommend the property.

It was a bad experience for me. I had chosen this place as it was near to my workplace. They didn't mention that the kitchen is not functioning and no roof restaurant is functioning at present. Even for morning tea one had to move out and search for a place. They should have mentioned any administrative issues going on. The site should mention what facilities are not functioning at present. Bad experience overall
