Terrible Experience - Would Give Negative Stars If Possible This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was nothing like the pictures shown online. The bed had exposed, filthy foam with no proper mattress, and the bathroom was unhygienic with stained fixtures and a dirty floor. The sheets and towels were unclean, and there were no basic toiletries (not even toilet paper). To top it off, the room smelled bad, and the staff was incredibly rude. They wouldn’t give us the room unless we provided the OYO booking ID, causing unnecessary delay at night. I only stayed because it was late, and payment was already made. I regret my decision. Avoid this place at all costs—this level of negligence is unacceptable. The photos speak for themselves.

Stay here if it is your last option. Super expensive food, serve a cup of tea for 50rs, price of dal makhni on menu was 130rs but at checkout staff asking 230 rs saying that it is price for half portion but then said they don't provide half portion. Super expensive compared to quality of hotel. Also they don't allow checkout unless you give them good rating on OYO app. Reception staff took my phone and submitted rating himself.worst OYO experience ever. *STAY ONLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION*

Do not trust oyo. These people book hotels that are not even in their contract and then let you strand helpless in an unknown city as the CUst. Care guys are helpless only and could not help you out. The only option they have is refund.

They were asking for extra charges even after paying online full amount . And without paying extra charges they didn't allow us to stay in . The room was not clean and not even the bedsheets. The floor was so dirty and so was the washroom.. a total waste of money and their good charges were also very high
