FabHotel Pink Palace - Hotel in Raja Park, Jaipur

Dear visitors, Don't book this hotel by just viewing pics, This is not actual pics of the property. The positive reviews are paid. I Booked on 10th dec 2024. Room no 202. Electricity cutoff in the morning and we don't have hot water. Dirty rooms with lots of maintainance, Bedsheets, linen are not washed, Odourous rooms, uncooperative staff. Dear Fab hotel management, Don't apologise in reply, It's my absolute waste of time, mood and money.

Worst experience ever....!! At such a beautiful place like jaipur.....we were very disappointed by this hotel.... Firstly they have used fake hotel photographs on the internet.... Secondly their staff is so busy in other work that they could not attend their customers call And the staff is too rude and disrespectful

I booked all the hotel rooms in advance for my family to stay , still, after numerous time visiting and asking the hotel staff , they informed me that all hotel rooms are in good condition without any defects and problems. At the time of stay , when we took over the room keys we were informed that we have seepage problems in most of the rooms still considering the raining season, we were still fine with that but after entering all the bathrooms were stinking badly as well as in either of the rooms , fans or AC's aren't working , lights were blinking , and some rooms have major issues. Total room alloted during booking 21. And rooms provided on the day of event is 15-16, on which the hotel owners told to shift the other 5 rooms to some other hotel. If I would be knowing this before I would myself booked the other hotel. Experience: zero ( genuine reviews) Fab hotel should actually visit the property before start having tie-ups.

My experience was so bad that I could not even stay for one night. I checked out within hours. You can check with your reception to verify that I did not stay there. The rooms were in poor condition and the service was terrible. I called two or three times for a bottle of water, but no one ever brought me one.

Fake hotel they are using someone's else hotel name and photos .... The real hotel pink place is on Sindhi camp bus stand of Jaipur which is 100 meters away .... And this fake hotel is 6 km away from the bus stand ... I booked it as the real hotel is very near by to main bus stop and railway station ... I told them to give my money back as they are Fooling the customer but this fake hotel denied and I have to suffer alot at the night ... For all this fake information ....

Kindly read this review if you are planning to stay here,I stayed here for 3 nights during my visit to Jaipur. JUST DON'T GET BLUFFED BY THE PICTURE POSTED ON INTERNET. 1.Location-Hotel is located at a very good location so that is not at all a issue,main road is just 500 meters away,also there are good food joints in nearby area. 2.Service & hospitality -Staff of the hotel was kind & cooperative in whatever resources they had,they were ready to help as per there capacity so that is also ok. 3.Hotel & Rooms-Now that is the main part of the stay and I must say it was pathetic, there was a foul smell in the entire hotel,it seemed that the rooms were closed for ages,each & every wall was full of dampness,water was coming from the walls at some places, toilets were dirty & very smelly,doors were jammed of the toilet,bed sheets wire torn(phati hui thi), despite of 3-4 reminders the bed sheets were changed but with another torn,sensor of lift doors were not working and it was extremely dangerous to enter & get out,The sofas of main lobby were dirty and seemed no cleaning has been done since ages,on enquiring with the staff i was told there is a conflict between the owner & the tenant of the hotel & no one is interested in investing money in it. So my final verdict is please please please stay away from this place till it gets renovated,the owner & company (fab hotels ) should seriously think ,that the customer is suffering

Rooms smell , food orders will reach you after a day or two and the location is central but engulfed with traffic at most times

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff. I got rebooked here from Tippsy Inn (where they dont accept foreigners). Its a little further away from the city centre but you can take a tuktuk and there are lots of eateries and a nice coffeeshop nearby
