Hotel King Palace-Near Jal Mahal

As two American girls traveling to Jaipur the accommodations of this hotel were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and clean. The rooms and bathroom were very nice and comfortable and the AC was excellent. We felt very safe and taken care of here. On our final day, one of us had an upset stomach from street food and they accommodated us by bringing coconut water, bananas, yogurt, and extra toilet paper at no cost without us even asking. Very very sweet people here. Everyone was extremely helpful the entire time. There is also a cheap and yummy restaurant next door. Would highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others, especially families. Here’s what I appreciated during my visit: 1. **Great Location**: The hotel is conveniently located near Jal Mahal, which made sightseeing very easy and enjoyable. 2. **Spacious and Hygienic Rooms**: The rooms were large, clean, and well-maintained. Traveling with my family, I appreciated the thoughtful arrangement of a family room with one king-size bed and one single bed, which made our stay comfortable. 3. **Courteous Staff**: The staff was polite, supportive, and always ready to help, which added to the overall positive experience. 4. **In-House Restaurant**: The food quality was excellent, and we enjoyed our meals. However, the menu is quite limited. I would encourage the management to consider expanding the menu to offer more variety for guests. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to seeing some enhancements to make future stays even better!

Pros: - Good location with a pleasant hill view and less crowded surroundings. - Jal Mahal is just a 10-minute walk away, and other major attractions are easily accessible. - The day time reception staff and the owner are polite and helpful. Cons: - Rooms are disappointing and do not match the luxurious images shown online. - No heaters are provided, and the thin blankets are inadequate for a comfortable winter night. - Despite multiple requests, we received one extra blanket that was thin and dirty, forcing us to use our own car blanket. - The reception staff at night was uninterested and unhelpful, offering no assistance with parking - The breakfast was unsatisfactory. The poha, aloo sabzi, and puris were served cold, and they reheated them in an oven, which ruined the taste. - The rooftop terrace is poorly maintained, with views mostly blocked by nearby buildings, unlike the photos shown online. Conclusion: While the location and hospitality of some staff members were positives, the services and facilities require significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.

Overall this hotel was safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It had a more budget feel with more attention to detail to make it a 3-star. There were exposed wire in the bathroom, the bathroom light didn't work, our floor was dusty with a cigarette butt left in the corner and the fridge was dirty. The hot breakfast was cold and the toaster didn't work properly. Safe and comfy but not for rhe price.

Location is ok. Room has paint peeling of wall. Bed very hard. Where you put the key in the slot next to the door electrocuted me as it is not fastened to wall in a safe way. Ac didn’t work on first night. Breakfast was slow but ok food. Staff friendly.

This was our favourite hotel on our trip to India. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a great location and close to the main attractions. Breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend staying here.

Arrived a few hours ago. Nice hotel, in the modern indian style (Marbel entrance and big room). Bed and shower are great. Went for dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was really good and impeccable service from Raju Megwal. Enjoyed our time here.
