OYO 10191 Hotel Vinayak INN

Good hotel. Rooms are big spacious and clean. We stayed here for 2 night for a marriage function and was relaxing. No issues with the property from accommodation side. Food is okay and can be tried. We liked aloo puri here in breakfast. The only dis advantage about this place is that it is far from city and tourist attractions and you will have to spend lot of money in conveyance. Almost 200 one side, every time you go for a city ride. I have given one star less only because of far location from city.

Experience was horrible when My booking cancelled automatically for three times before check-in. Service was not good. Hotel staff has no interest in providing comfort to us. Geezer facility is not available.Food was tasteless and so costly. Bed sheets were not washed. Not good environment if you belongs from a good family.

room was used before our check-in and was not cleaned up.. alcohol bottles can be seen behind the doors and room was smelling unpleasantly. staff was also very un professional .. keep staring newly married couple like they haven't seen any girl before it.. one of staff member is highly drunk and was even not able to stand on his feet... how can these hotel be listed on OYo rooms.. I checked out from there in just 3 hours .. in midnight and booked some other hotel on double payment.. as OYo captain was also not available... mailed to oyoroom as well which is not replied even after 5 days of completing visit... frustrated

Pros: 1.Rooms is clean. 2.Bathrooms is clean. 3.Waiters are very generous and helpful. Cons: 1. Complementary breakfast. 1st of all the they are serving the breakfast in the room, since the rooms are small its really troublesome to eat there. 2. They are only serving 4 small puris and aloo ka sabji..When we ask for more..The told us they cant give us more for free..We have to charge 4 that..!! 3. The food quality is very bad. The Gobi ka sabji had only bulk of tastless gravy, but only 3 or 4 small gobi. But great thanks to OYO..They helped us to sort this above 2 points. If you guys are facing any problem, fell free to call OYO, their team will sort it out.

Room was so so not to bad not too god.... Room service staff is good Bus night shift hotel manager was too bad, he don't even having basic idea how to talk with costumers, totally unprofessional behaviour, do not pick up landline call sleeping over sofa and do not care about what costume need. I need to wake him up and water bottle after lots of arguments. Ground staff is too good even they are facing attitude problem of night staff manager But day staff manager was good Food i just order tea that was good and good quantity Free Breakfast having only 4 poodi and 50grm of mis veg only... I think that's not enough for 4 yr old kid.... And you can't ask for more.... That will be extra charge Price is worth for property While check out night manager was force me to giving 5 star over oyo app for this property before giving me my id card.

Bad experience. manager and staff (the person who dont have hairs on head and a boy who is slim) are very mannersless. Even I have done complain to hotel owner he his a nice and gentle person he apologize for it..compare to it its first branch which is behind wtp mall is very good.

The room was very clean. The bathroom is not spacious but it was clean enough for no any bad smell. Air conditioning was good and cooled our room very quickly. The location is very perfect and do not forget the tasty breakfast.

Worst experience ever with oyo.. .. . Hotel denied my booking... Asked to cancel it and book it again. ... And price was doubled in next booking.... .. Hotel also denied to except online payment. .. . Staff is very rude... . Not safe at all. . .. I will not recommend anyone to trust on oyo. ... Oyo is fraud. ... . Earlier today I was denied checkin in hotel capital jagatpura stating that they don't have any tie up with oyo. .. . .
