The reception guy asked for more money as I had booked the Hotel online through Cleartrip. Their minimum charge is 1000 per night. The guy was not very polite either. At least I expected the rooms to be decent, however, that was also not good - it was not good and there was dust on the bed also. The only thing which I liked was the location, which is near the Airport.

Person asked for more money at the time of arrival, he said we can’t give room at mentioned price. I was left with no choice to pay more as i was already rushing late ! He told me to first cancel online booking and book offline. Then the manager gave other room to some people who wanted to have fun he offered them some kind of service(female related) at extra price ! Later evening after seeing such abusive hospitality When i cancelled my booking i asked for refund he said we don’t give money back and he told me do whatever you want to do ! Very rude staff, abusive and disrespectful.

It is very nice hotel with good quality rooms and the environment of the hotel is also very nice. A big shout out for the hotel staff. They are very cooperative and friendly. One more plus point is their food it’s delish. Really loved my stay over there it was worth the money spent.

Rooms were spacious and decent but the gate lock was not smooth it was difficult to open and close. The bathroom were totally mess it was small and showers and taps were not working. The service was not at all good, i asked for water they didn't send it even after my third call. Staffs were friendly enough but still services were not upto the mark. Wifi system is not good enough staffs don't even know the passwords of the respective room's wifi. Overall experience was not good but if you stuck in this place anytime just visit nearby places they are awesome and full of cafes and restaurants :')).

Hotel staff and manager Mohil are very rude. I have booked this hotel via oyo but when I reached at the hotel and asking for checkin hotel staff said we don't have room in this tariff and also started arguing by saying that why you didn't call the hotel and all. Also got the feedback from the 2 guest by saying that in rooms there are insects and when they complained to hotel they were started arguing and there is no room service available no breakfast no lunch no dinner.

I had bad experience with the hotel. I booked this hotel with great expectations but it was a nightmare. I never had eye redness due to dust but it was first time I had due to some sort of dust particles present in the room. 1st night I thought it was due to tiredness. Second night I started doubting on room environment. After checking minutely I found tons of dust or fungi on wallpaper over my head. Me and my friend's eye was red like blood. I asked receptionist but she told me there is no one to clean the room. When I complain they said sir we are giving you a contact no please tell them. AC's flap was broken and was making great noise. No full time cleaning service.Only available in the morning. 2 Room service staff only and both were doing best but entire hotel can't be handled. Need to request multiple time for services. Requested room cleaning services but when I returned in the evening the room was as it is when I complained about it they said no one was available because group of customers checking in. It should not be in Capital O category. They have their second Hotel nearby so giving great attention there no one was bothered on services aspect here in this hotel. SO MANY COMPLAINTS I CAN'T FIT HERE. Just be cautious about this hotel. Pathetic!!!

Hm, I am pleased to give a review on this. Female staff also manage this. I have some suggestions though. Attention can be paid to cleanliness of rooms. Lifts are not working there, so please check them out. Over all if I say about it, Good for stay. Near to the airport, WTP, GT and cinemas. You can caught your flight any time. Behaviour of the staff is Amazing! AC and TV facility is also there in room. Good baathroom and toilet. So, Check it out once..
