Stayed in Hotel Grand Maple from 16th October to 20th October, and found the Hotel excellent in Rooms, Food, Service and equally very well behaved of all their Staff Members. The quality of what ever Food we have had on all these days days was simply superb. I would recommend this Hotel for all my friends and relatives.

I always prefer to stay in Jaipur Hotel Grand Maple, It was a short stay but we have earned a memory for a lifetime. Amazing stay, marvelous customer service, warm hospitality, comforting and lovely meals with wide variety, awesome location. Everything about our experience at Jaipur Maple was good.

Absolutely Horrendous Experience! I wish I could give this place zero stars. The moment we entered the room, the stench hit us like a brick wall. The lobby area outside the room was wet, making it feel even more disgusting. The pillowcases were filthy, covered in stains, and the room had spots everywhere—on the walls, the furniture, and especially the carpet, which was dirty and reeked. The bed was another nightmare. The bedsheet didn’t even fit the bed properly—it was only half the size! We requested a new quilt four times, and each one was dirtier than the last. The staff didn’t care at all; they even placed the quilt on the floor before handing it to us, adding to the filth. The bathroom was another disaster. It stunk terribly, and the towels provided had holes in them. Even the bed quilt had holes. This place is a complete joke when it comes to cleanliness and basic hygiene. Avoid at all costs. Rooms are good, bathroom also good. Just lack the housekeeping services/ staff. Needs improvement in this area, rest is ok.

Really bad experience...they were treating us like thieves literally. And they are so rude and all they care about is their money. I've never experienced such bad hospitality.
