Very bad experience.......I have my sister's engagement planned here my experience is.....both the managers (night/day) are very bad in nature. They don't know how to talk to a guest. Housekeeping is very bad don't come for hour's if you call them. Frankly speaking all the management is very bad in nature I don't know why they have this much proud (ghamand) in them. Overall the experience was very bad I have cancelled my 2 day stay after the engagement because of this extremely bad behaviour.

My experience was good at this Hotel, except 1 thing. I booked the room from BOOKING.COM at 13k, when I reached there they asked me 16k. Then I asked why are you asking extra money , they told me, they only accept bookings from OYO ROOMS.. That was a glitch about this hotel. So guys confirm before booking..

Staff was not very helpful, busy with others Guest. the manager Naveen ji is also not a good man. Money minded person. Need to ask many times for even for water( 1 complimentary) in rooms. If you order any food it would take another hour and so to them for preparation. Delayed service and mood spoilers.
