Hotel Rupal Residency - A Indulgent Boutique Hotel

Rupal Residency is in the city centre and all the city points are nearby. The staff was exceptional. The food is also very good. We have enjoyed breakfast and dinner very much. I have asked them to arrange a birthday cake and room decoration which they have done in 1 hr. The play area for the kids is very good and children will enjoy a lot. The child food is also available on demand and free of cost. Overall all very nice experience Stay dates 15Jan to 19Jan 25

Rooms - 4*, There is a issue with Hot and cold supply especially when most of the guests are taking bath! Secondly, their rooms are not true 5* as compared to other 5* hotels. Recreational and Indoor Game experience is below par.. Breakfast Options are limited and were like 3.5 * category. Overall campus is small (some 35-40 rooms total) with a small reception and roof top restaurant. Swimming pool is only for summers , no heated water facility. Service - It’s good and prompt with greetings.. Location : Very good , near to major attractions.

It’s a great hotel overall. Since I’m used to staying in resorts, it felt slightly less spacious, but from a hotel perspective, it was impressive. Located in a prime area, it’s equidistant from all the top tourist spots in town. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally courteous. The room size was decent, and the rooftop restaurant was enjoyable. Although it gets a bit crowded, which affects service slightly, there’s nothing to complain about. The live music with a view of Jaisalmer Fort was a highlight. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very appealing. The hotel also offers a small activity center, a kids’ area, and a gym in the basement, all well-maintained. I highly recommend it for your stay. Giving it a 5/5, especially for its outstanding service!

Wonderful staff, incredible food and a beautiful view from the terrace. A small hotel but has almost everything you could wish for. We played table tennis every day, I didn't go to the gym but it looked well stocked. Still the highlight is the food. Absolutely incredible food.

Jaisalmer trip was good because of this hotel. The restaurant view was great. Our room view was not great but it had rooms with great view. Breakfast buffet was wide and very tasty. They took great care of us. Book this hotel in advance to get it at a better cost.

Rupal Residency is in the heart of Jaisalmer and has exceptional service. The staff were lovely especially Shilpa, she was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to the Family Room by the staff upon check-in and it was an extremely spacious and clean room. The views from the room were amazing as well. The breakfast at the hotel on the rooftop was very tasty and the staff in the restaurant were great too. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Rupal Residency for your next stay in Jaisalmer!

Excellent Service with Minor Areas for Improvement Our stay at this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, with a few minor areas for improvement. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Pooja, who ensured a warm welcome and even arranged a complimentary room upgrade. At checkout, our child was delighted to receive a thoughtful souvenir, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout our stay, especially when it came to catering to our infant's food needs. They provided complimentary infant meals, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. The property itself is either newly constructed or recently renovated, so everything was fresh and well-maintained. However, the cleaning could have been a little more thorough, particularly under the beds and in the room corners. The food quality during lunch and dinner, which we ordered à la carte, was excellent. However, the breakfast offerings were not up to the mark and lacked taste. This would be the one area where I would recommend improvement. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, with excellent service and a comfortable stay, complemented by a few thoughtful gestures from the staff.

We stayed in their fort-view suite for two nights. Shipa gave us a tour of the suite. Everything was very clean and the room was spacious and luxurious. Staff members were very kind and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Everything was made from scratch and was fresh (breakfast and dinner). Location is central. Most of the tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping markets are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
