It was a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Prince in Jaisalmer. The rooms were good enough and the service was good. The biggest pro, the bed was quite comfy. The restaurant serves quality bengali food at a justified rate so it was overall, a really good experience

It’s good to stay here with, well trained staff ,food was tasty and good quality. Hotel have nice fort view from room no 301. Terrible Experience at Hotel Prince, Jaisalmer – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Hotel Prince in Jaisalmer with my family, including a young child, and had a terrible experience. We were initially given a room at the rate of 4,000 INR. However, after settling in, a staff member came up and informed us that their representative had made a mistake. They demanded we either pay 6,500 INR for the room or check out immediately. This happened in the afternoon, after we had already unpacked and gotten comfortable in the room. It was shocking and extremely unprofessional to face such demands after being given a confirmed room rate. They gave us no reasonable solution, and we were forced to check out and find a new hotel, which was a major inconvenience. This hotel clearly lacks basic customer service and professionalism. I strongly recommend avoiding Hotel Prince. They are unreliable and show no regard for their guests’ comfort or well-being. Save yourself the trouble and choose a hotel that values its guests.
