Tripli Hotels Surya Villas

Bell boy and the other staff was trying to make it comfortable for us but we had to wait for dinner for more than 2 hours and this what we ended up with- food that was brought in from other hotel/restaurant. It has a Roof top restaurant didn’t have a heater or a working kitchen so it was cold and hungry wait. AND there is no lift. So our elderly parents had to walk up couple of flight of stairs to reach the roof to. Won’t define as a comfortable vacation stay place. Rooms were ok but you have to ask for every little thing starting from water bottle to toilet paper and wait for it. TV didn’t work.

Value for money hotel. Rooms are good can easily accommodate 3 ppl. Washroom was clean except for some water leakage in jet & one can easily hear if anyone flush in there bathroom from some other room.Staff is good and quick. Food served was good - Dinner & BF both were good. Location is bit isolated - away from hustle & bustle of city (500mtrs) which gives lot of peace.
