OYO Flagship Regal Golden Palace

Not worth the money spent. Bathroom door lock not working from outside. Door can be locked only from inside. No phone in room. Have to walk downstairs everytime for asking water, towels, mattress etc. No Glass or flask in room. Bedsheets have stains. Not washed properly. Only one person attending to requirements of all guests in all rooms. Had to wake him up in morning at 7:30am for checking on hot water. Geyser working intermittently. Breakfast not ready at 8:20am. Cook still sleeping. Only poha and bread in breakfast with Tea n Coffee. Very Rude staff. Gave only half tea spoon butter to apply on bread and surprisingly asked me if I am done and take butter back for other guests. Next day checkout, he was sleeping on sofa near reception and did not bother to wake up and bring our luggage down. We gave our room keys on his sofa bed and he went back to sleep. And all this after collecting advance payment. All hotels take payment upon checkout. Here you made us pay upfront upon checkin and still services are pathetic. How come you claim your hotel as 3 star.

Staff behaviour is quite good. Hotel rooms are also quite clean but not upto the mark set by other hotels in the same price range. The toilet also is clean but a little tidiness is required. Karim Khan ji is very helpful and he also arranges desert camping which is classy but not included in oyo package.

Just fine, I found it a bit expensive and I don't know it was on the same day maybe when we stayed there were water supply issues

A good hotel with decent room. Cleanliness was good. Staff is very cooperative. Covid protocols are being followed. Parking space is ver small so you will have to strand your car outside on side road(good space on road for parking ,mostly people park their vehicles on road in Jaisalmer)

Hotel is good .net and clean .also hotel Manager behaver is good .in this hotel u did not get wifi facilities and aslo water . T.v is also in bad condition and its singel is bad . They take many extera charge . U should not go tourist palce through hotel package because they cheat you . Hotel take lots of extera money fom you . Hotel maneger said to me that i will drop you to the station without any charge But after reached the station he takes 200 rupees for only 2.3 km . Once more i request u plzzz dont go there .

ALERT!! 🚨 🚨 Don’t book a car from this hotel . We had the worse day in our Rajasthan trip. The driver will fool you by charging 1200 rupees for a day and will show you only 3 spots all in 1km in the city.Will not show you the main attractions . So rude and stubborn. Better option is to get local ride.

dia sites are at least partly responsible for the philosophy of self expression, and opinion without facts. I read reviews because I want to know whether I will enjoy eating at a restaurant and staying in a hotel. I don't particularly want to know how much the reviewer loves Beethoven, though a bit of personality ina review is no bad thing! Thank you so much.

Rooms are good,cleaned, well interior designed but congested and small size. There was no almirah , locker, and ventilation. Lots of noise comes through from the alley. Owner was cooperative but there was some confusion regarding breakfast meal.
