“Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend” ⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The television and geyser in the room were not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially during colder nights. Despite raising the issue with the staff, there was no resolution or proper response. The food quality was extremely poor, and it did not seem fresh at all. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional—it felt like the staff had no interest in attending to guests’ needs. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

It all looks good from outside but from inside its horrible....Smelly rooms, issue in water supply in toilet, dirty mattress,what not... Though the staff was cooperative, manager dint bother to hear us.. Will not recommend for family..

We were looking for a place to stay at for one night in Jaisalmer. We came across a place by the name of 'Hotel New Golden Rock'. Called and the person on the other end conveyed that he had transferred the ownership to someone else. We soon got a call from this hotel 'Hotel Golden Rock'. We got misled and we came to know of this only 10 minutes before check-in. Nonetheless it was too late and we had to stay here for a night. Everything looked fine on the outside, but a few steps in and you'll realise that the hotel lacks any form of maintenance. The hand shower in the bathroom doesn't work properly and the wifi strength is too weak for the rooms on the upper floors. Linens are barely clean and the water tastes very weird. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS.

I've visited this place with my full family. The rooms are really good and pleasant. The issue was with the most of bathroom is too smelly, back water issue in toilet, and geyser's are also not in work. In some of rooms AC's are also not working. Please organise bathroom and required things before giving room to your guest.

Visited this Hotel as part of the Jaisalmer trip. The rooms are highly untidy and stinking where we just took for two hours of freshup. The owner Rishi Patel, when contacted for some details, did not even respond well, but redirected to his reception staff. The reception staff are charging us even for a bottle of water saying we did not book a room for a day, but just for freshening up, so they would not give us a water bottle. And the food that we had was too stinky with some fish oil that they use for cooking. Further more, they have a tie up with some desert camp in Sam Sand Dunes, that is another fraudulent one. They double charged us in the name of Safari, Camel ride and Bike ride. The desert camp was by itself empty and we were absolutely sad that we booked through this hotel’s camp stay link. Check out my comments on Shama Desert Camp. I recommend you book with someone else instead of this hotel. Only outer images of this hotel look good, but inside it is just a big mess. They also have a rickshaw tied up with them, who loots people very well in the name of city tour. Never fall into such traps It’s just a waste of my beautiful Rajasthan trip because of this terrible hotel and the desert camp.

Best hygiene and amazing desert safari in Jaisalmer the food was delicious the rooms were near and clean the property is near to Jaisalmer fort and other tourist attractions the service was fast and quick a must visit

The location is decent. The rooms are satisfactory, Double beds that are smaller than regular size The service provided in the room was satisfactory. The staff was also competent.

Very nice place for family stay in jaisalmer. Budget friendly hotel with neat & clean Room, staff behaviour was very supportive. Teste of food also good. Recommended for stay Also The owner Rishi Patel are very supportive and guide us for places to visit and provide good guidence.
