Hotel Jaisal Inn

The main concern with this Hotel is cleanliness. The foyer, stairs, lobby were too dusty throughout our 2 days stay. Common washroom was smelling like hell. And it is situated in the dining area. Service was average. Staff needs some hospitality training. They were co-operative but little unprofessional. But, the quality of food was exceptional. The chef Mr. Thapa was always on his toes. Food taste and quality both were good. overall experience was above average just because of FOOD.

Rooms was not up to the mark but good. We didn't had dinner or lunch but breakfast. Breakfast was tasty. They gave mazaa/fruity in the name of fruit juice. Typical India hotels. Over-all had good experience. Staff was tired and cooperative.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city. Rooms in which we stayed were little small. Tye quality of rooms are average. But service was good. The food was super tasty. We had pure jain food and the taste was excellent. The chef Mr. Thapa himself understood the taste we needed and prepared food just according to our instructions and taste. Full marks to him.

The hotel is very nice in city centre and all sightseeing places are within 2 kms. The staff are very good and well mannered and they are very helpful and careful.They arranged safari for us and it was so nice and beautiful and they do arrange for taxi service. The manager is very caring and often asked us that we are safe and everything is fine in safari and it was very good of him for his caring nature.The staff and everybody over there are very responsible.kudos to whole team of jaisal inn.Their hospitality is next level last but not the least I have to mention the chef he was so nice and the food is very tasty and makes according to our taste.

Hotel management is very bad. Thier is lack of facility in room. Mention of item that is to be provide in room is missing. No towel, no brush kit, no hair dryer in room. We check in at 01/11/2024 at 4.30PM And when enter to room their is no water. Although check in time was 12.00 noon. But management doesn't know that water tank is empty. It take 3 hours to reach water and is full of dirt. Thier is no water for drinking.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. The staff was uncooperative and, at times, abusive. Additionally They also charged extra for basic items like onions and food service, The facilities were not suitable for the rates charged. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. Never visit!

Rooms and bathroom were neat and clean but there was no dustbin in the room.We were not provided dustbin even after assurance.Internet was not working.There was no water in the morning in washroom though they solved it after 20 min.The only good thing was the taste of breakfast.

This is the best palace for family and group We visited on 15 nov 2024 in a group of 13 adult and 8 children’s..they provide excellent food quality for all and special food according to our children Rooms ,,every service was excellent . I forget my baby towel in hotel and they provide currier service to my address without any charges And special thanks to their manager Mr. Tarun and whole staff for this kindness It is highly recommended hotel in jaislmer
