The Jaigarh Palace Jaisalmer

Breakfast - OK, not that good. Out of 5, had to rate 1 due to below 3 major issues - 1. Bathrooms has unfiltered and salty water. Couldn't brush teeth and take bath properly. 1 star deducted. 2. Located at the outskirts of the city, no proper drainage system hence hotel stinks a lot. Very irritating. 1 star deducted. 3. 20 Nov - My room number was 203, which was adjacent to room 204. It had a door in between the rooms, and due to this each and every conversation is heard in other room hence privacy issue. The next rooms person's kid was crying mid night, he himself was snoring a lot throughout the night, and we were getting disturbed. Couldn't take proper rest in mid of the long Rajasthan trip For this major issue, 2 stars more deducted on which hotel should work.

Rooms is good. Dinner & Breakfast and food quality is very delicious & tasty. Hotel Structure is heritage. Feeling like heritage & Palace living. Location is far from main town only cons. Recommended to visit this place.

The rooms as well as the overall property is extremely luxurious and well maintained. The nature of staff is also very good, they upgraded my heritage room to Maharaja without any additional cost. They also recommended the best camp in Sam sand dunes.

Stayed at the resort for couple of days and overall it was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Overall, the rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is very cordial and very helpful. Breakfast buffet, and the overall food is also good, and the staff will go beyond their duty to make your stay very comfortable. The properties is also away from the hustle bustle of the town But very approachable, and it takes just 10-15 mins to reach the fort. Sudhir is also very helpful.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city but has got a very royal vintage vibe with heritage rooms, chandeliers, lamps, and great decor. Rooms are spacious, service is good and the restaurant is available on the terrace with both inside and outside seating options.
