Hotel The Shooting Star

I stayed for 37days, Owner Prakash provided very gud hospitality with all sort of required things. I do recommend people to go for it without second thoughts.

It was good experience. staff's behaviour was very good. There are lots of facilities there like hot water and free wifi. Prakash bhaiya is just awesome. He sent his staff to railway station so we can reach the hotel safely.

Cheap and cheerful hotel - not the fanciest, but does the job. Really helpful staff and manager who quickly fulfilled all our requests for extra towels, sheets etc. Offered lots of delicious masala chai and free pickup from train station. Also allowed us to leave our luggage there during our camel safari.

Very expensive. The city of Jaisalmer was expensive in all fronts and did not have much to offer except for the desert safari. Since we were not keen on the desert safari, we found ourselves mostly bored and lost with nothing much to do. I would not recommend long stays of more than 2 days at this hotel or anywhere in Jaisalmer unless you opt for desert packages. You will need to go 1.5-3 km away to find good restaurants, as they do not serve food. The location is also in an isolated area with no streetlights.

Staff is not practical and not supportive, if you give any complaints to Staff, Staff say this is your problem and not take any responsibility. in the night 11.00 pm Staff say go other hotel otherwise run as is. Hoteliers disturb you repeatedly in midnight A.c not working, there is a no drinking water Bad smell In and around hotel There is a no safety of your own and your logged. Very bed experience. With hotel and Staff

Mr. Prakash... the owner cum manager, is very positive and supportive. Arranged a further tour plan to sand dunes. Provides great hospitality and support beyond the imagination. Great gun loaded with positive attitude keep smiling and keep firing. Good wishes..

The hotel was very good. They treat guest like god.rooms are big and clean,bathroom are also clean,staff and manager gafur was kind heart person and so nice.they always ready to help us.roof top restaurant well decorated and nice view from roof top. Me and my family fully enjoyed food and hospitality of hotel the shooting star We wish to come again next time Fully recomende

One of the most amazing places we stayed at! Our room was very beautiful and entire property was nice decorated.rooftop restaurant also good. We also enjoyed our desert safari tour. In sort nice hotel in budget price.
