Hotel Heritage Haveli

The room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. The staff were polite & helpful. Abdul looked after us. they provided excellent service. Also, the location of hotel is prime. The Jaisalmer Fort & Havelis are at a walking distance. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience with the heritage hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, safe and perfect to stay. Hotel's restaurant has awesome roof top. Even they arranged the desert safari trip with great package. Highly recommended to stay in hotel, Jaisalmer.

Really worth a visit heritage haveli...The rooms were clean and quite spacious....The rooftop restaurant has very tasty food, amazing views of the fort and the city, good prices...❤|Clean and hygienic room... Service is great...Owner is a lovely person.. He helped us in every way possible way..😊|The staff was well-behaved, amiable and cooperative; couldn't be any better. Ambience was great. One of the best hotels in Jaisalmer...|Would definitely give a 5/5...A totally recommendable experience!!!!!

Very polite staff. They have terrace restaurant which serves delicious food and has beautiful view of Golden Fort. They provided package for Sam desert safari which included ride with driver from hotel to the desert and return, desert safari, camel ride, cultural dance and dinner. If staying in this hotel then go with their package. Overall amazing experience.

This hotel is nice, but seems to also go under the name Hotel Gaji so check the reviews there as well! All the reviews are really positive here so I was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Even though the staff are very nice and friendly, the hotel itself feels over priced for what you get in terms of customer service. No complimentary breakfast/or even tea, no hand towels in the bathroom, lacking toiletries (one 10ml shampoo for 2 people over 2 nights), no turnover service of the rooms etc. We had to ask for water each day. The bathrooms in the lobby, restaurant and our room were dirty and lacked toilet paper or hand towels. Lots of room for improvement!

Exceptionally beautiful one-of-a-kind hotel (inside and outside). The rooms are very clean and well-decorated. Gaji is a wonderful host and has an outstanding staff - so nice and helpful. Will definitely come back here next time we are in the beautiful city of Jaisalmer. 10 out of 10 across the board.

We arrived in Jaisalmer at night via train, but the accommodation was very nice to help us with the pick-up. The owner could speak in English well. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Wonderful service and they even helped us out with our navigation within the city.

Worst ever experience.. they are just looting all the customers... dont ever visit this hotel, they even recommend their own tent house named as Royal Luxury but don't opt for that. They are just bluffing everyone. They fool us by saying different prices for each ride later they change their prices. And the way of speaking is too rude and they start fight on every point. Kindly don't visit this hotel and their tent house.
