Rang Mahal Jaisalmer

Our stay in Rang Mahal was very pleasant. It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. They even remembered what we always drink in the morning and evening. There was also live music and dance in the evening, while we enjoyed our dinner. The staff was always near and quickly brougt extra delicious food like naan in the evening and croissants in the morning. Always freshly made by the cooks. We were served by Makhan Lal, he was very observant and very helpful.

Excellent service, housekeeping and food. All staffs are very courteous, friendly and loving. Once you taste the food here in this hotel, you won't feel to have food from outside while you are on sightseeing. The hotel treats you with the excellent traditional cousins.

Vijendra was wonderful in the dining area, he gave such good advice re food choices especially as one of our friends had special dietary needs. A true professional & of lovely disposition. Day 2 he recalled our needs in detail. The food was delicious & chef came to chat to us after dinner.

Very pleasant manners of staff and excellent ambiance and a very nice hotel to stay in Jaisalmer. Both booking experience and also checking in experience is very good. The food is with quality and delicious we liked it and especially the pleasant and very polite behaviour and courtesy of staff is adorable

Staff are all lovely. Hot water was not available 24/7. There was no elevator. Food was fantastic, the evening program presented was really nice, overall the experience was wonderful will be back next year too. The room was nice on the ground floor and the pool is also big.

Vijendra our waiter was really helpful and kind and very efficient.. he made our stay special.. Hotel staff were all very respectful .. we enjoyed our stay immensely… compliments to the chef also .. lovely food .|Cleanliness was excellent .. our laundry came back immaculate.. overall a lovely experience

I recently stayed at this property and found multiple reasons to give them 1 star! General manager’s behaviour was very rude and he was super arrogant. He is very intrusive and keeps walking around people. He came up to me and told me something that really pissed me off and ruined my vibe for the stay! 1. ROOMS: The rooms are okay, not that fancy but manageable. In room services were quick. I have seen better in 3 stars. 2. WORST FOOD EVER: The food really sucks here, in the night buffet they don’t serve the items hot, they are all cold and for the roti’s the service is super slow, so only quick option left was rice for use, every day the food was served cold, no taste, the soup really sucks, the sabzi doesn't taste up to the mark. Even the breakfast is so bad in the morning. A quick suggestion here that if you want to have some good food go to “Shree ji” restaurant in the city, the food is super amazing and you will love the taste of authentic food. 3. FRIENDLY STAFF: Friendly staff and the owner was helping my sister how to swim, he was very generous, very informative about things around him. 4. Ambience: The ambience is good, I love the vibe of the property but the gym area and the equipment is poorly managed. Suggestion: In short the experience was poor enough to rate them 1 star, they can really work on the service and quality of food plus the GM’s behaviour sucks real big time, in the field of hospitality they should hire someone professional and soft spoken so that the guest can enjoy the stay. I guess the brand like marriott comes with the same price and one should go for them as they hire professional people from hospitality background and they are professional enough to give them quality experience.

Awesome experience!!!! The ambiance, rooms, food everything is of very superior quality..you can enjoy the typical Jaisalmer vibe in this hotel..special mention of Ms. Shalini Rathore for her gracious attitude and hospitality..strongly recommended for a beautiful stay at Jaisalmer🤩🤩🤟🏻
