Collection O Hotel Rana Villa

Had the worst experience during our recent stay. Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow covers were all dirty and had to ask them to replace them. The surrounding area of the hotel is really bad. It really gives a very bad vibe.

This is our second visit to the hotel in last 4 years. The staff remains humble soft spoken and always helping. Breakfast food is also good which is served on rooftop restaurant. We tried veg cheese toast and masala tea for inroom snacks and it was amazing. Considering winter's the swimming pool was all dried up. During power cuts there is inverter backup for one light and fan.prefer taking rooms with window sit outs. Rooms and washrooms are spacious with basic amenities.

The staff is too lazy and don't take care of this property.Just the reception looks fancy. The rooms are dirty. The toilets are rotting. Food menu for lunch and dinner are not good and food quality is also poor. Even some small hotels are give best service then this hotel. In other words it's a waste of money.

Don't fall for this dirty hotel. Just the reception looks fancy. The rooms are dirty. The toilets are rotting. Taps don't work properly. In other words it's a waste of money. The staff is lazy and don't take care of this property. Dirty smell from blankets added the unpleasant stay.

I stayed in their dorm room and I can only review that facility of theirs. They have converted a huge hotel room into the dorm and the dorm room is very good. The beds are comfortable and the attached bathroom is clean and luxurious. They have a rooftop restaurant as well with good food at great prices. A great view of the Jaisalmer fort is just an icing on the cake. The staff is friendly but they will try and sell you desert Safari packages as soon as you check in, but always head to one of the travel agencies in the fort for a better and much cheaper deal.

Their service and structure was very good. Pool water was too cool to take a bath but thats not a major problem i guess. Overall my stay was awsome and they have a really cute persian cat do'nt forget to meet the lil one.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable. Nice indoor pool was a treat. Rooftop offered nice view of Fort but had little option for seating. Too bad. Staff where polite and helpful and a Pug dog in foyer to great us as we returned to our room. Jasiamer is an incredible city with much to offer. The story of Kuldhara - the abandoned city, the ghat, centopahs are amazing, the fort, the markets, etc.

As its a good infrastructure with swiming pool and a good roof top view to fort. You enjoy there well maintained room. there staff is rude and room servise is late also you get your food after 30 minutes. there is no parking space. Still you like the place as its not far from fort and also from gadisar lake...also you get easy transport . Railway station is quite near.
