OYO 7485 Hotel Apollo

**Beware of This Scam Hotel!** I am absolutely furious with the way we were treated at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others to avoid it at all costs. We were approached with a “great” package deal that promised a lot of amazing experiences, including a jeep safari, camel ride, and a city tour with 10 different locations. The staff was incredibly friendly at first, hyping up all these activities and assuring us everything was included in the package. But once we checked in and paid, things took a complete turn. We were only taken on **3 out of the 10 promised city tour locations**, and even then, the experiences were rushed and half-hearted. The camel ride and jeep safari that we were so excited about were a joke – not even close to what was promised. There was absolutely no communication after we arrived about any alternatives or explanations. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was completely unresponsive when we tried to reach out. They made us feel completely ignored and deceived. This wasn’t just a minor misunderstanding; this was a flat-out scam. I can’t believe how dishonest and misleading they were, and I wouldn’t trust anything they offer. It was a huge waste of money, and now we’re left feeling scammed and frustrated. Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this place. Don’t let them trick you with false promises like they did to us.

Very bad experience with them. they have promised us to provide lot of activities and visit in Jaisalmer, but they cheated us . They didn’t give all the promised activities. Didn’t give camel safari, outside city tour , dessert safari and all .. they just showed us 3 sites only . And they took around 6k from us just only for one day. I didn’t suggest them . Please don’t take their packages..if you take their packages then definitely there is a chance to cheat.

This hotel doesn't deserve 1 star They are fraud How ??? I explain They meet in train from ramdevra to jaisalmer and convince you to come with them their hotel .... Apollo They will show you all the packages and with less demanding price you will show interest in them ...... Desert camp was our worst experience 😔 No accomodation facilities as mentioned earlier .... As they promised us to refund our money But they never responded Switch off , call busy etc..... Don't bother Search for another hotel nearby fort 🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐

I had a terrible experience. Initially, they quoted a low price, but later they increased the room rate significantly because we didn't book their desert safari package. To make matters worse, the room was in poor condition, and the bathroom was not properly maintained - the flush didn't work at all.

This hotel does not deserve at least 1 star , the worst experience in my entire journey, do not stay here, don't buy a package , no water, no soap, poor service, lack of staff , fraud do not refund money....

I stayed last year with my whole family the staff was so polite nd helpful they made foods for our family .. trust me they are so polite 💝💝🙏🏻
