Hotel Deluxe Jaisalmer

Worst worst worst....Please read all reviews. They are cheaters. If you coming from train, they followed you from before station and convenience you for the cheap charges and then at hotel they are selling the package on high rates. But....Hotel is worse and the package is worst, they give you good taxi but all other facilities like included camel ride, Jeep Safari, night camping are the cheapest facilities with worst service. They are cheaters, drinkers and not at all good guys. Please book hotel online or go and bargain with good hotel, and for safari and camping visit market to get best your deals

Pathetic experience in this hotel. The owner acts rude and they are a bunch of erratic goons only intenting to extort money from guests by threathening or insulting. They offer a certain price and once we accept and arrive at their hotel they almost force the guest to pay additional charges. They want the entire amount in a single payment. They talk disrespectfully with females. The hotel owner asks the guest for their belongings as the gift to the hotel owner. Absolutely unsafe for anybody. Dont fall for their petty prices.

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across in my life! And the owner is the most pathetic person who has no respect towards anyone... He doesn't stick to his words at all. When we checked into the hotel he said that we need to make the full payment only during check out time, but later he forced us to make the full payment and also asked us to pay an additional charge of Rs 600/- towards govt. charges. When we denied to pay the government charges and questioned him why he is asking for full payment though we have not checked out from the hotel, he threatened us of dire consequences if we don't obey his order... This hotel is a trap for tourists.. Please do not fall in this trap...

Worst hotel ever seen. Owner picks guest from railway and bus station and will lure you by offering rooms at very cheap rate. Then at the hotel he will force you to take his package which is very very costly. If u reject then he will ask you to pay more for the same room or else leave the hotel. We left the hotel and wasted our 2 hours in all this. The owner is very abusive and bad mannerd. Never ever go in this hotel. U will spoil your trip

Rating this 1 star as i have no choice of giving negative stars. Worst experience of my whole trip was booking a room at this hotel. Infact this is not a hotel just a place to loot people. They go on asking money and don't allow u to leave unless u pay all the amount.

Worst experience here, owner approaches u in the train tells u about cheap prices of rooms(very bad rooms) then when you get to the hotel they force their useless package on you, if u don't accept it they behave in a rude manner they will take your money wont return you the extra, they'll take your stuff in front of you. Worst people in jaisalmer.

It was the worst experience. The hotel staff does not know how to behave or talk. They keep asking for more money as fake charges .Please donot fall in the trap of cheap hotel prices and go to this place.

Dont fall prey to their room charges of Rs. 400 as shown by their agents who hover around Jaiselmer station. Please be aware of these thugs. Owner charged us extra money as government charges for Rs. 600 and threatened us if not paid, as they are locals and we being tourist. Please check reviews before checking into any hotels.
