The Elite Castle

I felt very safe in this hotel as a single female. The room was big with the aircon and fan working well. The room was cleaned when asked. The roof top restaurant was excellent and the food cooked to order and the correct spice for your taste. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Bruno then dog is always there to greet you, and may sneak into you room to rest by the bed!

We were told our room was VIP but really nothing could be further from the description and certainly did not match the online photos. Small, no bed side table or lamps, noisy. Not entirely clean - backs of doors, light switches, power points. Holes and stains in sheets. Friendly and willing staff. Breakfast was late but tasty enough. We were the first in and the last to be served our chai! Note: The Elite Hotel has requested I remove my review as it is incorrect but it is not. This is the correct hotel and the pictures are of the room my husband and I stayed.

We had a very pleasant and nice stay at Elite Castle. The hotel staff from the manager to the reception workers are very friendly, and the room we were staying was big, nice and clean. At the fourth floor there is a rooftop with the restaurant from were you can see the old fortress. The food we had was one of the cleanest and nicest we had so far in the trip. We tried different dishes and we specifically liked vegetable dal and vegetable omelette. In addition, it is very well located, about 5 minutes walk from the fortress.|El dueño tiene un labrador retriever que se hace amigo de todos los turistas! Lovely hotel in a great location, the rooftop is great for catching some sun and enjoying breakfast. Really comfortable beds and great sized room. The staff are very lovely. A definite recommendation

Had an outstanding experience overall ! Dint felt a single time that we are on a trip staying in hotel.. both owner Dhiraj and Sheetal made us feel like we are staying in our own place. Hospitality was great, all the staff are so cooperative and very helpful. Dhiraj also suggested us with itenanry for Jaisalmer trip and Sheetal suggested us Markets and local places for shopping which was very helpful. The cook was also concerned about the food likes and dislikes and tried to modify food according to our taste buds. I would highly recommend this hotel if you visiting Jaisalmer. Great Food. Awesome Stay. Amazing staff and hospitality. Love to Elite Castle and Bruno.. until we meet again ❤️

One of the best places I've been in India. The staff is really gentle and kind, the owner very friendly. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. Good breakfast. I totally recommend it. The location is central and you can walk to every place of interest. Also if you are interested in spending a night in the dessert you can arrange it there.
