OYO Hotel Shiv Sagat

First off, I had done booking online and reached there after driving 600+ kms. || They refused to honor booking but I asked for a room and told them I will make payment and precisely informed about my check-out date. Everything was dirty, stale food was served. We had pay for soaps and all. Staff was absolutely rude non responsive and never operative. Extremely dirty water. Moreover, they quickly asked us to check out despite prior intimation of checkout date. One person from hotel staff used threatening language and asked us to check out. They didnt accept any digital means of payment, only cash payments were accepted. Shampoo wasnt there, and we requested staff to get us shampoo while paying on the spot for the same. For even a single bottle of water, we had to give multiple reminders. Pretty horrific place to spend a valuable vacation. They are capable of kicking anybody out any time. Wont recommend this hotel if one is visiting with family. They didnt recognize my online booking via a platform and that platform was quick enough to refund the full booking amount I paid. Safety of humans and goods a question mark. Bedsheet was stinking like anything. We even had water supply problem and water was damn dirty. Even Tea was served in dirty, stinking cups. Room service, if you can call it room service, wont take cups/dishes away and anytime can knock on the door for cups when they run short of it. The room i was staying in had some sort of electrical problem too. TV never worked. ||Worst part was being rude and threatening way them asking us to check-out and leave. The entire trip mood was lost and its almost like I will think more than thrice before visiting Jaisalmer again. Safety of goods and human a question mark in this hotel. The online platform I used for booking refunded my entire booking amount. My room's balcony wasnt cleaning and had bottles previous guests had left. We asked them to clean room and balcony, but nothing happened. Instead we were insulted for asking them to clean room and balcony. Glad I left the hotel and Jaisalmer one day earlier than planned.

Fraud, just trying to do business by misguiding and giving wrong information. A person who took at hotel by saying have a rooms but after reaching at hotel they are saying we are booking only package not rooms. At 2 o'clock of night we are with family.

1st star for the location..its not too difficult to reach,parking is outside the hotel but there is no traffic so you can park easily. 2nd star is for the price, its not too costly if you don't want to spend much. Cons: 1. No gyesers in rooms, they heat a big water tank & then you can have hot water in your taps & that too is done only in the morning. 2. Don't even expect a lift & amazing interiors. 3. There is a restaurent on the 2nd floor but i dont think they prepare quality food, Tea was fine. 4. Service, hospitality.. 0. 5. Rooms are not clean enough, but yes they are better from many other costly hotels out there.

This is the most pathetic place of Jesalmer. All mattress are out of date and smells. Bed sheets are torne out ant not to use. No hangers in any bathroom. Please don’t come here.

I got rob at this place by one of the team member at the hotel charge numerous amount money. Direct wrong way to people so they can charge extra money from people to go one of desert tent .I can suggest people who have there own car they should go straight to the tent place instead of this middle man people. This hotel I can not suggest to people. I guess owner don't care about his place. Sonu Bhati this is guide name he is bad news he is the one who operate the hotel there and rod numerous amounts money for tent ⛺️ house so please do not support this kind of people who do wrong to the people money. I wii not going anymore.!

Waste of money. Never go on this place. Bad experience. Very dirty place. No service given by them. Before go on site seen please clearly all that thing in written after that they demand more money. Never come here after on that day

No hot water for shower in winter... No cleanliness at all... Misbehaving staff.... They dont know how to serve as a hotel staff... Ek dam bakwas experience raha.... Never suggest to any of my freind or relative
