Recently stayed for 2 nights here. Very clean, well equipped and nicely traditional/modern decorated. Staff incredibly welcoming and kind - Bhanu the main host especially. Tasty and generous breakfast made by lovely staff too. Great location also - under 10 minute walk to the town centre through lovely old roads in Jaisalmer (nice to get away from tourist spot!). Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, very well decorated and nice atmosphere. It was clean and we enjoyed two nights in the hotel. Incredible friendly staff who helped us with any inquiries or questions; even though there were moments of language barriers. They made us feel at home, prepared breakfast beautifully. Also, Bhanu, the owner was always available for us via Whatsapp for any questions. Only downside is that this Hotel compared to other ones seems to be located a bit more outside the main area. Not a big problem for us as we walked always into the city and felt very safe to do so.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything felt modern and well-designed, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent—every request we had was promptly handled. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed here for 5 days and had an unforgettable experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My room was immaculately clean, and the food was delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Hotel Manager Bhanu is a gem of a person. Every one of his staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Highly recommended! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Managed by professional Hotelier with par excellence hospitality. Rooms were spacios rooms. The staff was found to be courteous and helping. It waa a family stay comprising of senior citizens and all were looked after very well including serving food to a few without onion and garlic on request. Located in a peaceful area which is a little away from Fort but local autos are easily available to commute.

Other than decent location, not a single thing is good about the hotel, average food, even if you tell them 2-3 hours before arriving and the hotel was booked many weeks ago, still they take more than 30 minutes to prepare food. The service is non existent, they take a lot of time to do anything, average rooms. One good thing is that it's near the railway station and close to the airport. The only reason, you can choose this hotel is to keep your bags in the room and leave because there will be no other service whatsoever. But still there will be cheaper options for better service and food. In short, I don't recommend anyone to ever come to this hotel if you want to have a good time in Jaisalmer.

I have been traveling for 8 years all across India, all what I have understood about hospitality is obviously about the infrastructure but for me the weight equally shifts on host also and when you are at Viva palace, Bhanu (the host) will make sure you experience the zenith of hospitality. The support and warmth as a guest you feel when you are at the property is totally worth remembering. Kudos to the entire team.
