Hotel Rawal palace Jaisalmer

I had a terrible experience here. The rooms were extremely dirty and stinky. Bedsheets were gross. We had booked 2 rooms and both had non-functioning geysers. And the worst part is the tap water ran out while i was bathing and i had to wait for 2 hours straight. This place was so disgusting. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.UNPROFFESIONAL HOTEL STAFF

とても最悪なホテルです。このホテルにWi-Fiは存在しません。 ACルームに泊まりましたが、夜中にACが停まりました。朝8時半にスタッフが部屋に来て、チェックアウトを要求しました。チェックアウト時にはスタッフがしつこくチップを要求してきました。このホテルには泊まらないことをお勧めします！

This is a terrible hotel. There is no Wi-Fi in this hotel. I stayed in an AC room, but the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The staff came to my room at 8:30am and asked me to check out. When I checked out, the staff kept asking for a tip. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!
