All facilities are very good and the most value package are the best .those who want to visit Jaisalmer I suggest for this hotel and most for the behaviour of staff with customers.

Very close to railway station, safe, owner arranged ride to sam dunes and longewala tanot temple with all facilities. One can trust the environment. Safe for travellers.

We made a prepaid booking on make my trip and confirmed it over phone with the hotel. Upon arrival, the manager told us that they have no rooms available. We were traveling with elderly, woman and child so we couldn't go anywhere at night. They sent us to a different hotel. This other hotel is in a really run down condition. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom is smelly. People are shouting loudly outside our room. This was a really terrible experience. We filed a complaint with make my trip and they are following up with the hotel administration.

Excellent location, rational price and great hospitality. Clean room and toilet . The owner and staffs are very cordial and quick responsive. Recommended for budget stay, specially who are likely to catch train from Jaisalmer Railway Station.

I booked Bhagyashree Hotel for my Jaisalmer trip with family. It was a great experience. The hotel is located next to railway station, just a min walk. Mohit (owner) has been very supportive and cooperative guy. Got a great package from him with great price. He managed all my travel and visits to all the popular destinations. It was great experience overall.

Very very bad experience with this hotel and staff, they wanted to loot you by any how. I booked this hotel in person by the time of booking they told me a different price and by the checkout they charged more money and the hotel bathroom was so dirty and smelly also they arranged me a car for fort tour which is 2 km far from hotal also that car left us 500 mtr before the fort gate and asked us to walk and when we dined to take their cab service hotel PPL charged 1000 for that car... And rudely they behaved with us, I'll suggest you don't waste your money with these scammers, they will scam you and loot you... Rest upto you if you want to waste money and your trip memories
