The Jaisalmer Resort

This resort looks good thereafter we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our detail review is as under - 1) Rooms - rooms look good at the first glance but they r old and not well maintained. Washrooms are big but not much maintained. They provide toiletries which are not branded. Plus towels are having stains. Towels are available but small face napkins are not. Huge problem of hot water. Hot water doesn't come from shower at all. No pressure for hot water tap. So, one bucket takes half an hour to fill. 2) Kettle is provided in the room. Cups are not very clean. 3) Food - taste of the breakfast was good but it was not served hot and not many options were available. 4) Ambience is good. Service is satisfactory. Summary - in view of the above mentioned service conditions, the cost and charges are too high. Since you pay so much cost, u come with a lot of expectations. You may get disappointed a bit.

Comfortable hotel and excellent food. Enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this to everyone. Rooms are spacious and hotel has enough space for relaxation. Staff is polite a d helpful. Worth the money and had a wonderful time in this hotel.

We group of 12 people stay there in peak diwali season, our stay was satisfactory and food was good too... Staff were also helpful. But condition of rooms were not well maintained... Some rooms didn't have geyser and somewhere kettle was broken.

Excellent hospitality. Rajasthan is famous for their hospitality and they proved it. Great resort. Amazing and cooperative people. And the main attraction was Charlie (their pet dog). Overall experience was amazing

Room is nice. Bathroom was very dirty. Staff was ok ok. Food and premises were hygenic, but food was not tasty. Please note that there were around 100 students from a school picnic in the resort during our stay. So, may be a little miss management. Pool was not clean, but manageable. Over all 3 out of 5.

PROS: Property is well located with good elevation architecture from outside as seen on website and other online platforms, Rooms are big and spacious. Swimming pool is excellent. CONS: Room service is very bad, Housekeeping force is very week, no Cleaning in rooms even after informing at front desk. Frontdesk and Billing staff is caliming big about their service and if we complaint about service and asking to improve on that so future guests are benefitted, I found rats and lizards in my room, there is no complimentary service like TV, wi-fi, electric Kettle (confirmation screenshot attached) fulfilled by hotel staff. Frontdesk person (photo attached) is very rude and threatening the guest. He is asking the the guest that "Rs. 2500 me zyada facility expect mat Karo aur zyada facility Lena Hai to 25,000 wala hotel me rukna chaiye".

Everything was very worst , if anybody came and asked me about this resort I would suggest that they stay in dharmshala instead of staying here while wasting their money . And I am sharing the photo of food quality and non hygienic things about this resort. Even the staffs are very rude ! We spoke to them about hunger and they said " bacha kucha khana hai kha lo " . Also they don't even care about their customers they treat us like we don't even exist here just for their money purposes . Just avoid this resort booking . And I am attaching the ss of food where the insects were roaming over the food . Kindly please avoid coming to this resort . Go for better options

Service was very bad. The reception staff and resort owner were not listening to you if you will ask about their services. Also not provided food on time, they will be like (jab khana banega tab chale jana) Also they will speak very aggressively when you complain about food and room cleaning. My suggestion Don't come to this resort you will find another option.
