We visited on 18th Dec'24 whole they provided very spacious rooms at affordable price. The room's are very neet and clean and also very well maintained. Restaurant taste is also good.Hotel staff is friendly providing well service.

Location is excellent just 700 meter from fort, rooms were cleaned, food we did not try so cannot comment. But overall it was good.

This is the worst hotel we found on our entire trip. Totally a failure on the parts of hospitality and courtesy. I need not talk about facilities and other things, they are not even worthy of a mention. Ridiculous and shady. Never go here. Thankfully we found a much better hotel in Jaisalmer. The owner needs introspection here. Horrendous staff he has.

Very good stay experience in this hotel. Must recommend. Location is prime near to fort. Food is delicious.

Excellent hotel to stay with family. We stayed here only for a night but it was amazing.... thanks to the person at the front desk who gave us a room even without any advance booking. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. One extra star for the location... it is on the main road and quite close to the Fort... from the roof of the hotel... we could actually view the fort.... It was a beautiful experience especially during night. They have in house restaurant. Food was delicious and service was quick.. They have parking outside the hotel. Room was super spacious. We got a fort view room. But the best part was the interiors of the hotel... a little fountain with many small plants are actually inside the hotel... Very economical hotel. We would stay at hotel Neeraj only whenever we are in Jaisalmer...

The place is really beautiful and carriers the rajasthani heritage. Every corner of this hotel is photogenic and resembles rajasthani architecture. I'll surely recommend you to stay in this hotel. And the behaviour of the staffs are also heartwarming. I've a great experience. ❤️

This hotel is outdated, generally unkept and dirty. Bedsheets in our room were dirty, and there was no toilet paper or towels in the room. Probably the worst price/quality in Jaisalmer. Location is also bad as its located on a busy junction and with only partial views of the fort. Dont stay here!
