recently stayed at hotel Zam Zam and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern and comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. As for the food, it was exceptional. The hotel restaurant offers a diverse menu with a range of delicious dishes, and each meal I had was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast options were particularly impressive, with plenty of healthy choices as well as hearty favorites. Service throughout my stay was top-notch. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. I also appreciated the quick response time when I requested additional amenities or had questions about the area. Very unprofessional service, breakfast was arranged in another hotel which is 0.5 km away from the hotel in another hotel. Another hotel was treating us like outsiders taking breakfast at charity, We checked in at 7 PM but the room was not ready, We had to ask for everything like towels, water, soap, and bathroom cleaning --almost everything. The bathroom was dirty, the bucket was in broken condition, the AC was making a lot of noise and water was dripping out of it. Even after informing the hotel manager all the issues - only a few were addressed and no response to the other issue. They are charging for a resort but giving you only room. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

This is a small property with artificial Haveli look situated on a very narrow street. Very limited food options in breakfast and items got repeated everyday in lunch and dinner. Limited number of serving hotel manager Iqbal bhai good hotel
