Hotel Hashim Jaisalmer

A very nice and comfortable hotel to stay. The service was very good also. The owner and staff were good and took care of our needs. The desert safari was great too. Last but not the least they made us a hearty chicken meal as we demanded which was delicious.

First of all very bad behaviour, rude attitude. They used to cheat the tourist by giving completely different stories in their website. Room charges is very high in comparison with the quality of the environment. They used to snatch more money from you if you will not aware of all respect. We visited last December. Room has been booked well in advance. But for health issues we were unable to spend night. On the way to Jaisalmer station we got down to their hotel and politely ask for refund. They have assured us to give the same after one month as it was the last week of December and lot of rush. After returning home we requested several times for refund but even after completion of eight months they has not refunded Rs. 2000/-. Please don't go there if you value your hard earned money.

We only stayed for one night before we did the camel safari but it was a great place to chill before. The shower was nice and refreshing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind in the hotel and the restaurant upstairs which serves some delicious food for a decent price.

Overall its good place to stay and spend peaceful time. Staff was very kind and supportive. Service response also prompt.One thing I want to highlight that hotel owner (hashim will not mislead you so you can rely on him. Food was also good ,You can instruct the cook for food requirement.

It was an awesome safari in the jeep and camel safari. Hotel Hashim was nice for staying and the scenery was good.Roof top restaurant was nice. The scenery from the rooftop was beautiful because one could see the Golden Fort so closely. Safari if you want to go then go with Hashim.

This hotel is located in a quiet street at walking distance from the old town. The rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and new. The staff is very helpful. Nice breakfast on the roof terrasse with wonderful view. Read less owner is very nice Hashim

We have spent more days than we had planned in Jaisalmer because the reality is that we were very comfortable in this hotel! The rooms had everything you need, they are quiet and have a very comfortable mattress and a very spacious bathroom. Furthermore, it was scrupulously clean. The hotel staff is very nice, and they cook very very well! (the Aloo Ghobi was awesome) and the rooftoop is a very nice place to eat. Hashim (the owner) is a guy who is super attentive to any needs of his guests and he will make you feel at home with how close he is! It also offers several activities, including an excursion to sleep in the desert: it was incredible! We were able to see a lot of stars and wake up to a beautiful sunrise on the sand. The best thing?: he took care of everything (transportation, dinner, water, breakfast...). Of course, a hotel with very competitive prices for the excellent quality it has! Thanks Hashim and staff!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The whole team at hotel hashim were friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. A very professional hotel service. We felt safe and at home here. They offered a complimentary room upgrade, pick up and drop off at the station, tea/coffee/bottled water, all at no extra cost. Plus allowed us to spend the day in the a/c dorm room and shower after check out. Amazing service and value for money. Restaurant is good too! P.s i am usually very critical and only leave reviews when unhappy!
