We had a very disappointing experience during our recent visit. When we inquired about the breakdown of our bill, the manager responded in a dismissive and rude manner, saying, "I already told you the total, just pay it." As paying customers, we expected a polite and respectful response, not an abrupt dismissal. We hope the management will train their staff to handle customer queries with more courtesy. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not recommend visiting this place until improvements are made.

The hotel is not good or not bad the rooms are so small but the food is brilliant. The price is high for this kind of rooms. Rooms were clean but some kind of smell was there. The location is superb bus stand and city is front of the hotel

The service here is good. The staff is also good, I liked the kaju curry vegetable here, but did not like the paneer butter masala at all.The price is also right. I have a different taste of food here at night. You should also taste this good food here in Jalore city.

Very pathetic food, services, worst experience... owner turned off the lights even 25 persons were having dinner... very poor services... kindly don't visit and waste yr hard earned money on this food... over expensive as per the food they provide and quantity and quality.

The food was OK. Over expensive for the catagory. They charged 5% GST on Cadbuary dairy milk chocolates even over the MRP. I don’t know where to complain for that. And when i enquire they said we can charge anything.
