⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jawai Retreat Resort – An Honest Experience from Start to Finish Our experience at Jawai Retreat Resort was a bit of a mixed journey—from a very disappointing and worrying start to a genuinely enjoyable stay. When we first arrived at the resort, the main gate was closed and nobody was opening it. We tried contacting the manager, but unfortunately, the manager's number had been changed. At that moment, we were honestly quite worried and started feeling that something was wrong. We even wondered whether we had been cheated or whether this could be a fraudulent booking. After some searching, we eventually found another way to get the gate opened. Once we entered the property, however, our experience changed completely. The resort itself is actually very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the private swimming pool was a great addition. The food was one of the highlights of our stay—it was really very good. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The resort has a beautiful garden, a large swimming pool, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our time there and felt much more relaxed. The main disappointment was the leopard safari. Unfortunately, our morning safari did not provide much of an experience, and we came back without seeing anything. This was disappointing, especially because the safari was an important part of our Jawai trip. My suggestion to future guests: if you are planning a leopard safari, I would recommend choosing an evening safari rather than relying only on the morning safari. Of course, wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, but based on our experience, the evening safari would be my preference. Overall, apart from the stressful arrival and disappointing morning safari, our stay at Jawai Retreat Resort was good and we enjoyed our trip. The resort, food, staff, rooms, garden and swimming pool were all positives. I hope the management will improve the gate/arrival arrangements and communication, especially ensuring that guests have a working contact number before they arrive. That would make the first impression much better. Overall: A good resort and enjoyable stay, but the arrival experience and safari arrangements could definitely be improved.

Our experience at Jawai Retreat was truly exceptional! A special thanks to Hardik Bhaiya for his warm hospitality and personal attention throughout our visit. He made us feel like family from the very beginning. Everything was perfect—from the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful property to the delicious food and outstanding service. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The entire team deserves appreciation for creating such a memorable experience. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so genuine and heartfelt. Thank you, Hardik Bhaiya, and the entire Jawai Retreat team, for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. A perfect 5-star experience! Jawai Retreat is a true hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views of the natural surroundings. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious, and every detail of the stay is thoughtfully managed. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the incredible wildlife of the area. I cannot wait to return!... And specially very thanks to Mr. Lakhan for unforgettable food experience...really a great Chef.

Had a really great stay here. The property is literally in the middle of the jungle, yet the rooms, food and overall comfort were much better than we expected. Hardik bhai and the entire staff were extremely warm and helpful. They helped us with everything from a minor car issue to arranging our safari and Jain food. The safari driver was also fantastic and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. Rooms were clean and well-equipped, the pool was spotless, and the breakfast and dinner were fresh, hot and unlimited. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay in Jawai. Would definitely recommend it!
