Ranbanka Palace

We stayed here as part of a college reunion withabout 50 friends. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, the building is a heritage building with lovely wide corridors overlooking well maintained grounds. The staff are attentive n respond promptly. |I just wish the shower was better, the hot water was inconsistent. Also the bathroom floors should not be slippery.

No pool access as no water in the pool, the gym (very poor) is only for the owner (!) less than average massage Very dated rooms and high beds so not suitable for elderly or children. Nice staff and average breakfast, nice evening entertainment. Would not stay again though

Nice property. Practical rooms with modern amenities. Decent breakfast spread ||We really enjoyed the folk shows and the shopping experience from artisans during our stay.||We loved the food. Warm and helpful staff. Efficient front desk. ||Good budget option at the city centre.

The stay was amazing, rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the property its beautiful.. staff is also helpful. Evening gets better here with folk performances and the whole vibe is beautiful. Must visit!

A very beautiful and royal hotel which carries the traditional Heritage of traditional Jodhpur everything from reception to restaurant is top notch. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and Luxurious...i higly recommend this hotel if you are visiting jodhpur

It was a nice stay here. Few things hotel should take care. As a palace and belong to kings family, Room should be properly maintained. Few lights and lamp was fuse or broken in room 118. TV connection issue was there, i tried to open Youtube, their own wifi is not connecting to TV. Washrooms are not that clean. 3 Star I gave for the Ambience of the place, Palace Ambience. The service which was very good and the staffs are very polite. Location was perfect to visit any part of Jodhpur. Must stay!

Extremely bad experience starting from check in. Not at all customer friendly. I have given written feedback also. Even their GM does not bother about calling customers and address their concern. Some of the problems. 1. Check in process was too slow even though hardly customers were there in the lobby. 2. Bathroom water was leaking. 3. No Hot water 4. Dinner - extremely slow service. 5. Luggage issue. It seems no one knows what to do. No co-ordination at all.

The rooms and the area is very beautiful and the staff are very nice and helpful with luggage and other things. Both breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, they have a lot of choises on the menu and the food is good, only the waiting time was quite long.
