Negative-- Room was ok ok. Washroom was not maintained properly. Wifi doesn't work. Positive-- Staff is very good and helping. Property location is very good. Just outside hotel you will find lot of good options. Must try milk opposite hotel.

Hi everyone I have been here for my business trip this hotel service is pathetic I would never ever suggested anyone to go for it the above review States all of fake I can give you a complete proof of this because this hotel reception people miss behave like anything and in a washrooms the geyser want works no proper water supply no cleanliness and the breakfast quality is dampur they are given a hair in a food and this people doesn't know to respond the customer politely such a rude with a ridiculous behavior we paid morethan 6k an which was worthless so don't ever Try this Hotel property an I would recommend u to opt many other option we have but don't trust the images the room pictures are totally different very old property with rude staff...I won't recommend at all.....

I recently stayed at this hotel with excellent customer service. The gym and pool facilities were good. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, making it a truly pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and great amenities.

Mapple sometimes gives very bad service, he does not make the master happy, he only cares about the money, he does not care about the master's mood, if you want to save your mind then you should not do it this place

2 stars less for not being able to offer services mentioned at time of booking ... Hotel mentions gym is available but I found to be locked at 8 AM in the morning. Things I liked about hotel 1. Spacious and clean rooms 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Very nice location 4. Nice breakfast.. but the menu remains same more or.less same each day. This can be improved

Hi Team, This is regarding a complaint which i want to file aginst the pathetic service at your property in Jodhpur. I stayed in Room no. 609 from 13th. dec till 15th dec 2021. Firstly the wrong room was alloted to us and it was changed after frequent follow ups. Secondly the food service was pathetic and room service person was behaving like new staff with clueless gestures and didn't provide any cutlery in the first go, and when we followed up with him again then he said thaht he already very occupied so asked us to manage with the available serving spoon and without salt and pepper. Thirdly, they did not cleaned the room in our whole 2 nights visit and did not provide the daily water bottle. Fourthly, the midnight menu was mentioned for service from 11.30 pm till 7 am and they did not tell us beforehand that the menu is old and there would be no food available after 10.30 PM. Lastly, they never provided us the key as they said the previous guest has taken the key and we had to reach out to the reception everytime we need to unlock our room. Really felt like we were staying at government guest house with the worst service i have ever experienced. Hence, I request you to take corrective action on the above and refund the amount which we had paid. Thanks Regards, Rishabh Upadhyay
