OYO 10607 Hotel Image Point

Very strange. Our room AC did not work at all and we had to change room at 4 am. * We book triple occupancy rooms but the management never cared to provide us with extra mattress. * They said we can't bring drinks from outside. So we ordered beers from their bar and to our surprise one beer was full sealed but had only half amount of beer. So there is seriously some shady stuff going on in this hotel.

The hotel staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Their service is good. The rooms are specious and clean. Having said that the bathroom tends to have a problem while draining water hence one is left with flood prone bathrooms, this problem is with some of the rooms not necessarily all the bathrooms clog.

Good hotel. Food is very Good taste wise. The only issue is the breakfast, they serve same breakfast everyday and if u ask even for a bread butter u are charged separately. So would advice take the room without breakfast and enjoy a good breakfast of your choice.

The rooms are good and spacious. But the service was very poor. The rooms didn't feel fresh and there was constantly a smell of smoke coming from them. If they can work on these two issues, it'll be a great experience.

Good room for the price. But not so good hospitality. The front desk people were rude most of the time. The window did not have curtains. When asked about the curtains they simply dodged the problem saying thats how it is; curtains were nowhere near to placement. Breakfast had no option. It was indian style with lot of spices and oily food. I asked for plain bread toast and jam which unfortunately failed to deliver.

Manager is very rude. We were traveling from Gujarat with family. We booked 5 rooms. Kids are not allowed to even talk. They have world dumbest dosa hotel. Staff don't know what food they are serving. Manager was threatening us , we can't do anything because we are in another state. Manager asked us to leave hotel at 10 pm , we have to fine new hotel with kids which was completely unacceptable. Don't go to selfish and mannerless manager place.

I stayed for a night. The experience was quite ordinary. Seems the hotel was almost fully occupied, atleast the service level of the staff suggested that. One had to ask for the same thing again and again. No point going into details. The interaction with the owner at the reception in the evening while checking in was although satisfying. The location of the hotel is good and can get consistent short stay business. Better service levels would always get good reviews

It's a nice place to consider if you are visiting jodhpur. The hotel staff seemed to be helping but sometimes i need to remind them 4-5 times for the same thing as simple as just bringing water to the room. Overall it's nice hotel. There's also a cafe at the 4th floor so you can always go there for the party and all. The front view from the window is epic. If you are staying there then ask them for front facing rooms as you would get a wonderful view.
