Jai Niwas Palace

A nightmare a place to stay specially when you're with your family. We reached there around 10 at night and the staff was yelling at our driver over parking of the car. There was no space to park out car outside the hotel. No one came to take our luggage and no one helped us with the luggage even when we checked out. We took two rooms and both the rooms were smelling bad. One room had the smell of cigarette all over. They did not provide us with the extra beds, bed sheets, towels even though they knew about the no. if people staying there. The floors had dust all over the place, bedsheets given were dirty as well. I had to go and ask for everything we needed. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to book a place. The rate was not cheap as well. I spent 5k for a night for two rooms and it was not worth it.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. 4 people could easily live in the room. All the amenities were provided. Courteous staff. Very reasonable and doesn't burn the pockets. Overall a very pleasant experience. Near to bus stand and railway station. Tried their loaded nachos which were extremely delicious.

Location of the hotel is good as all tourist attractions can be reached easily. Spacious and pleasant rooms. Helpful staff. They have a roof top cafe called Feels - loaded nachos is a must try.

The place is a scam. They have put up pics to show as if it's an old palace.. infact it's just 5 old worn down rooms. No management and no hospitality. No privacy or sound insulation. The staff is trying to provide bare necessities to the guests. unclean sheets, no proper running hot water, toiletettries are worse than store brought. Room cleaning is a poor guy sweeping the floor. Definitely avoid.

Great place to live while travelling. Amazing staff ( they went way more for our experience, the place was also amazing, they put a table outside for our dinner and lunch near the pool, made sure we were enjoying our time. Amazing service, friendly staff enjoyed my time there. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a stay near kumbalghard.

Loved the place , it's quite and very well maintained. Facilities available are also great at affordable price. Good for couples and single stay.

Such a pathetic hotel it was. There was no security at all. No hotel staff present in the morning till 8 am. No hot water. No breakfast. Will not even call it a hotel. Never go to this hotel.
