Kalinga Hotel

Located at a very convenient location, close to the railway station, this hotel has good spacious rooms and good staff. Our recent stay was very pleasant in this hotel. I would have liked more options in breakfast but the options available were good and satisfactory. Overall I would return back to stay here and will recommend this hotel to all family travelers.

Decent hotel located near airport and station, so very convenient. Clean and spacious rooms, lift is there. Breakfast buffet was decent although spread was limited. For dinner, since it was paid for us, we had to take the thalis. Which were quite tasty and filling.

Walkable distance from railway station. Cabs and local autos are easily available. Rooms are cleanly maintained. Service is good. Located in the heart of the city which makes easy to roam and explore the same. Kalinga restuarant is also situated next to the hotel. Buffet is available. They will provide Complimentary breakfast.

Pros: Very close to the train station, nice breakfast, great restaurant and the rooms are clean. Cons: The front desk wasn't friendly and did not make us feel very welcome. The room had no exterior window, and the hotel has no outdoor space. The hotel is located on a street that is very chaotic. Each time you exit the hotel, several Tuk Tuk drivers are harassing you to take a ride. Also, several people asked us for money. The restaurants in the area are mostly street food style restaurants. This location would be okay if you just need a few nights close to the train station or Gandhi Hospital.

The restaurant serves excellent food. It's conveniently located right outside the railway station. While the prices are a bit higher, the quality makes it worth a visit. Definitely a must-try!

Worst experience in Jodhpur as I am a frequent traveler of Jodhpur since 2016. Rooms are filled with cockroaches. Staff behaviour is like we made a biggest mistake by booking Kalinga. Very rude behaviour of staff specially Manager Mr. Bhavani Singh. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone.
