HOTEL RATAN VILAS

We loved this hotel! We stayed in 7 hotels throughout India, 3 of which were Oberoi and 1 leela palace yet we loved this beautiful hotel the most. The service was fabulous without being intrusive, the pool was relaxing and tranquil and the best part was the food! We ate here 3 nights and every meal was delicious. Not a huge choice for breakfast but what was there was lovely. Every morning I sat on our balcony overlooking the pool with my cup of tea enjoying the morning peace before the chaos began- it was perfect! |Thank you for a lovely stay.

One of the best of heritage/ boutique hotels in Jodhpur.|One needs to stay here to experience it. We were overwhelmed with the warmth of all the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and the property as a whole. The owners, who we were given to understand are a descendant of the Royal Family, stays within the property and hence, the services are rendered passionately. The restaurant and the food is equally outstanding. Keep it up! We will keep revisiting your property whenever we are here in Jodhpur. We will share our wonderful experience with our friends and relatives too.

An exceptional hotel. Service 10/10, people were so attentive and helpful. Food: incredible. Beautifully presented and served. Fantastic choice, very healthy cooked. Breakfast perfect. So well located. Swimming pool area was beautiful. Serene and quiet. Beautiful running fountain who CCG was tranquil and peaceful. Beautifully lit at night for eating and sitting in the beautiful gardens. The rooms: light, airy, cool and very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of a tour around Rajasthan and, as the saying goes, we left the best till last! From our arrival to departure , we couldn’t fault anything. We ate our meals here and they were delicious (and very inexpensive). The efficiency, hospitality and amenities of this hotel are 5 star. It is superb. We stayed in a pool facing suite which was absolutely wonderful. We didn’t want to leave. We hope to return one day.

We stayed here as part of an organised private tour. We had stayed at a number of great hotels on our stay. this was by far the best. |We arrived following a very short drive from the airport, through a bustling city and was met by what i can only describe as an oasis. we pulled off the road into a parking area and were guided through into the gardens. wow. what a sight. complete contrast to the hectic world outside. We were taken into a lounge area and given cold drinks while they checked us in. we were showed to our room. A large bedroom very nicely decorated with an amazing marble bathroom. |We were able to take advantage of the laundry facilities (we had been away for a while and hadn't had the opportunity to wash some laundry. We sent them off and they were delivered the next day. nicely packaged and very reasonably priced. |We decided to have lunch at the hotel and was given the option of inside or outside in the garden area. there was quite a lot of choice and we were told that what we had ordered was quite a lot. they recommended reducing our order and offered to quickly add to it of we needed to - we didn't need to and were grateful for the advice. The lunch was amazing and we decided we would definitely be eating there that evening. |Following our tour of the Blue City we arrived back for dinner. we sat in the beautifully lit gardens, entertained by a local sitarist. The atmosphere was lovely and calming and the food excellent.|Following an early start touring the next day we arrived back mid afternoon. hot and tired. we decided to take a dip in the beautiful pool. a whole afternoon laying in the calmness of the garden at the side of the pool was amazing. They supplied towels and the sunbeds were comfortable and plentiful. |In summery. the hotel is amazing. The staff, food, location and atmosphere are outstanding.

5 Star Experience at Ratan Villas. Absolutely beautiful hotel with a homely feel. Staff were second to none, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful swimming pool and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend it if you find yourself in Jodphur.

Nice stay, hotel has great history. Room was a good size, clean. Only issue was the safe was too small for laptop. Service was very good, staff friendly and attentive. Good location close to attractions and airport. Nice quiet pool area too! Food was nice,

A luxury, Indian style hotel with clean, comfortable and accommodating rooms. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Beautiful aesthetic. Pool was a lovely touch and very clean.
