Worst experience third class service didnt like at all staff is very arogant ruth and non sense they have no sumpathy just money minded peoples no mercy for a pregnant lady. They were avoiding her to use washroom third class overall

I have travelled alot be it internationally or domestically and stayed in many hotels, but it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The charges for room for single day was Rs. 6000 in which no meal was included. Above all basic things like water bottle, glass or towels was not there. When I have asked for glasses they gave me 2 glasses full of dust and till the time I have left next day with my family they have not provided us towels even after so many reminders.

Not good.. don't waste your time and money .. untill it's a matter of life. Because after visiting you will only regret they why did you visited this property.. !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ❌️❌️❌️

Staffs behaviour was not good, they doesn't even know how to talk with customers , choose another hotels in khatu shyamji but don't book hotel keshav palace

This hotel was good for anything Every facility was good Rooms also very near&clean Staff behaviour also good Car parking ,for safety camera also available. 👍👍👍

Hotel location and condition is good but Staff behaviour is very arrogant and not at all supportive.Too much negative attitude
