Don't trust Michael and his team. We had really very terrible experience with him. They are fraud. There is no hotel with this name. So please don't get into his trap. He took money from us and he didn't book any camp or hotel. He gave us a room to get fresh. When we leave hotel and reached at the location which he sent us they refused to give us camp because he didn't book it and we were calling him again and again he switched off his phone or gave so many excuses. So please don't book anything from him. Thanks

If i can rate zero i would have done that. There is no camp with this name in sam. They guys are fraudster they claim bookings for tents, show pictures of tents,safari, folk dance and desert at various booking sites but actually what exist is pathetic guesthouse in main city. When you disagree to pay extra than hotel booking for jeep safari and camel safari they give you some random location of random property at sam desert and you will end up with no property with such names in desert. And you will end up standing in the middle of desert without any stay place and the guy will switch off the phone. This is the fraud that happens with most of the tourist visiting jaisalmer. So before booking tent please visit and see the location. Or book the brand ones.

This person is a fraud and only fraud. He calls himself "Michael" but his actual name is Gagan Khan. We booked him and he asked us to pay 3000 as advance, which was done immediately. After that once we reached Jaisalmer, he called us to his hotel, where he gave us room to get fresh and send us to camping area. He gave us the location of Spirit Camp and once we reached there, the manager of Spirit Camp said there is no booking. Once we reached the hotel, he asked me to pay in full, but I objected but ended up paying Rs 15000 more and rest was to be paid at camp. We reached at 1:00pm and reached the camp by 2:30 pm. Then started the real torture, till 6pm he was saying, he is resolving the issue and asked up to give phone to Manager, and on call he was saying "Kahi bhi adjust kardo" (adjust them anywhere. Shared camp and actual camps are poles apart. And we met 4 other teams who came there after booking with him and in same mode of operandi. Finally we all decided to go back and a police had to be involved. He finally said he donot have any money left and come tomorrow to take money back. Finally, once we gave in written to police then his friends and brothers came in to refund the amount back. At 9:30pm we were refunded back. Donot book him, he is a complete fraud

These people should be handed over to police. We were 2 women travelling to Jaisalmer, at first they informed us early check-in is possible and so we planned our stay accordingly. When arrived at the hotel at 4:30 in the morning the hotel manager (Mr. Michael) was drunk, he didn't have any sense, the other stuffs were not accomodatative atall. We were 2 helpless women on the roads, thank god our can driver was a nice person and we could get something after searching for 2 hours. Mr. Durjan Singh and Micheal both didn't refund a penny of ours. Please donot book this property it's far from the fort and main attractions as well. It's fraud, total scam! Drunk people looking after the business. Also when enquired later we got to know the property manager is drunk most of the time. Please donot waste your time on this property, explore more. Happy hunting!
