OYO S S Haveli

Don't confuse with the name. This isn't any Haveli, rather a below average kind of OYO only. Hygiene level had a serious question mark on every corner. Staff was clueless. No provision of any kind of food or room service. No parking either and you end up parking on the street which is basically a Malin Basti. Go there only if the price is within 1K max. In peak winter season, these kind of hotels can still be housefull at 2.5k-3k rs but they don't seem to care even a bit about theulir services.

The hotel is best recommended for those who seek for good service and peaceful environment.This tour for me was one of the best tours I ever had. The staffs,the owner Mr. Aditya Sharma were very friendly and i experienced a very nice and peaceful journey✈.The rooms were spacious and neat and free from pests which is a very big thing itself. The safaris were awesome. I enjoyed a lot.So I prefer this hotel. Make sure you enjoy your trip. Thanks. 😊😊😊😊.

We have booked here 3 rooms for 3 families. Stay in this hotel was worst stay of our life. We checked into the hotel and at the time of check in, alloted rooms were too much dirty. After following multiple times with hotel staff for around 2 hours they did formality to clean the room. I have attached pics of washroom how bad it looks like even after cleaning. For my room, toilet jet was also broken. There was no mirror in room. There was only one mirror which was in the dirty bathroom. As per hotel staff hot water is only available from 7 AM to 11 AM. But in this chilled winter there was no hot water in the washroom. We requested/argued hotel staff for around 2 hours and then they arranged only 1 bucket of hot water between 3 rooms/6 people. Finally we have to take bath with cold water. No switch for the night lamp near bed. Even there is only bulb in the room. Staff behaviour was too much rude. Breakfast was about to come in room by 9 AM but it also came in room at 10:30 AM that is also aftee multiple arguments. In breakfast we got semi cooked and full of oil parathas with 2 or 3 days old curd. On trust of OYO we booked this hotel and OYO broke our trust completely here. Please dont trust on the hotel pics which are being shown on OYO, GoIbibo or any of the hotel booking websites, these pics are totally fake. I have put reality of the hotel in this review.

This hotel was good and the best place to stay in jaisalmer.The hotel was clean and provides you great hospitality.I was really very impressed with the behaviour of hotel staffs and especially the owner of the hotel (Aditya Sharma)he was very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay.The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to jeep safari and camel safari which were included in the package.The food of thi hotel was great. Overall experience was awesome.I"ll recommend this hotel to every families and friends:).You won't regret just be there:)

This hotel is a nice place to stay in jaisalmer.i was really impressed by the behaviour of the hotel staff and specially the owner(Aditya sharma). He is such a humble person. Hotel provided us all the facilities that were mentioned in their hotel package. We really enjoyed there. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and exactly looks like as shown in pictures. Overall this hotel is like a small luxurious palace.

This hotel is quite good and looks like a small palace. I was very impressed by the behaviour of hotel owner and staffs. Hotel room was neat and clean and exactly looks like as shown in pictures. The hotel provided me camel and jeep safari and all the facilities that were mentioned in its package. If you are unable to find the hotel, they can also pick you up. Overall I enjoyed here a lot! If you want to stay in a luxurious hotel at low price then this hotel is the best option. 😊😊

Don't book this place online(It's not available on OYO, if you find it on any other sites) don't book it. The place has gone through a change of ownership. The Online sites ( as of 2 Jan 2023) were booking it to pay the earlier owner, the new management staff tells us to cancel the previous online booking and pay them on site. The place is real and exists with a new name. The rooms are average(small in size). But its a little secluded.

Seriously one of the most ridiculous option I chose. I had already booked a room there online about a month before my trip and already paid to Oyo for the same. But the day before my check in, the manager called me and asked to pay him cash at the time of check in and when i informed him about my prepaid booking, he refused to let me check in and told our policy is to accept payment directly and not from oyo. I had to waste about an hour then talking to Oyo customer care executives regarding my booking. I had to cancel this booking and somehow had to arrange another hotel urgently to check in. Unfortunately, I had horrific experience in that optional hotel and I regretted on my idea of booking a cheap hotel as it was just a matter of one night stay
