OYO 42870 Hotel Gorband

It was a horrible experience at this place. On route from Jaipur to Ajmer we were tired and decided to stay at the hotel we will come across and the 1st Oyo room we could see was this. They offered room at reasonable price, arranged food for us from a road side restaurant. Then started the real trouble. The AC stopped working, so the room was changed. The manager asked for the entire amount to be paid on the spot. As towels, soap was not provided we asked for the same. Used towels were provided saying these are the only available with us. They almost extracted the amount from us and then vanished. Fortunately came across the owner next morning, informed him about the night experience he assured to look into the matter and apologized, but he to be seemed to be helpless as while we left the place he was sitting near the gate and didn't say anything about the incidence.

worst hotel.. all staff is very bad... staff behaviour so so bad.. don't go for say in this hotel
