OYO Hotel Shri Vaidehi

This hotel is not a good place to stay, The hotel prices was so high and even I was done advance booking and payment then they did not allowed for check-in and I was waited there for 1 hour, the rooms are so dirty windows are not properly sealed, the AC was not working and bathroom and everything was so dirty they did not provide clean bedsheet and pillow. I was booked the hotel for 3 night I left the hotel after one night. There is power cut off problem again and again the hotel donet have 24 hour power backup or generator facility to provide facility of light during power cut off. over all my experience with this hotel was not good and suggest a dharamshala is better than this hotel.

I had an exam in Kota Rajasthan on January 7, 2024. I reached there at 1 a.m. early in the morning I had to return on the same day, January 7, at 11:30 p.m. It was so cold, so I checked rooms on Oyo. Despite my telling them my schedule and need to avail of the room service from at 1a.m. to 9 am hours of early morning of 7 and after exam 3-10 pm of January 7, they made me book the room from January 6th to 7th. They ensured me the flexibility of check-in and check-out times. but, when I reached the hotel, they refused to let me check in despite showing the booking ID. I had to search for a room in the cold, chilly winter in an unknown place. I tried to call Oyo flagship, but their chat system did not have the option for my problem. It was the worst experience. not student-friendly at all, not flexible beyond 10 a.m. check-in times if one's train arrives at odd times. They say they would allow people to cooperate and adjust, but they do not.

I stay here 1 night only. No free WiFi and breakfast available as mentioned. Room was also not clean. Junks are under bed. AC switch is also not working. That's why I took another hotel next day . Also price was a little bit more in comparison to facilities available. However good for rest and relaxation and a better place to get fresh and relax than Kota junction.

Tried to take advance payment and then would not let us stay. Many other hotels nearby much nicer for same price.

Terrible stay , will not recommend anybody .. Untrained staff, extremely rude like roadside goons . Didn't allowed entry for 45 minutes(*Vishnu) even when advance amount was already paid. Dirty location full of mosquito and spiders, used water bottle was provided . No Wifi password was given after asking two times. Some other staff in morning tried making up in morning but overall it was worst experience , will not recommend to anybody even for a short stay.
