CRYSTAL INN HOTEL

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not properly maintained and lacked hygiene. The size of the rooms was extremely small, much smaller than depicted in the outdated images shown during booking. The walls were cracked, the washroom lights were not functional, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Additionally, some rooms were uncomfortably close to the reception area, resulting in a lack of privacy due to people constantly congregating nearby.

The hotel management is so supportive. They managed to change the room when I found the one I had got not appropriate. Food was good. Staffs are supportive. They handled my luggage from outside to the hotel and also dropped it to the outside after check out.

The food was completely bland and flavorless. ... "We waited over an hour for our food, and the server never refilled our drinks." After complaining about our food the waiter is also not accepting that food is bad What a shameless hotel
