A Timeless Gem with Culinary Delights Staying at this historic hotel, which has been standing proudly for over 100 years, is like stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern luxuries. The building's architecture exudes charm, with its rich history apparent in every corner. The ambiance is a perfect blend of old-world elegance and contemporary comfort. The hotel’s restaurant is a true highlight, offering an amazing selection of authentic Indian cuisine that is nothing short of exceptional. The flavors are rich and vibrant, showcasing the culinary heritage of India. The restaurant also serves a variety of beers and other alcoholic beverages, making it a perfect spot for an evening unwind. The outdoor seating area is another standout feature. Overlooking a beautifully manicured lawn and a sparkling pool, it offers a serene and picturesque setting for dining or simply relaxing with a drink in hand. It's an ideal spot for a leisurely meal or a quiet evening under the stars. One of the unique offerings of the hotel is its in-house pizza baking. The pizzas are made fresh and baked to perfection, adding a delightful twist to the dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or just looking for a well-crafted pizza, the hotel's restaurant won't disappoint. In conclusion, this hotel combines historical charm with modern amenities and culinary excellence, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and memorable stay.

An excellent place close to military station kota. It has amazing vibes and ambience. Being run in a very professional manner with great staff and amazingly delicious food.A must visit for family dining .The bar by the pool side adds to the decor . It's serene and tranquil giving great value for money . The property is owned by an Army officer ....must visit by fraternity....

Came here after a year and welcome with bad food + super slow service. Only good for taking pictures. I hope concerned person is reading this. Tip- Ask for the fastest order, then decide.

My friends and I visited Sukhdham Kothi for a party during lunch hours, and our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we had difficulty finding the restaurant entrance, and there was no staff available to assist us. We eventually entered from the garden side. Later, one of our friends arrived and faced the same issue. As I went to guide her, we encountered an elderly man, presumably a partner in the property, who rudely told us that we should enter through the front door. His tone was offensive, and he blamed us for leaving doors open, causing issues with the AC not cooling properly. As guests, we were offended by his behavior. It's crucial for the establishment to provide clear directions and proper signage to prevent such confusion. Instead, we were scolded for a problem stemming from the hotel's lack of clear guidance. This experience left us with a negative impression of Sukhdham Kothi.

An old British era bungalow converted into a hotel. This place was once accomodation of resident British medical officers before being passed down to the present owners. A lot of effort has been made by the management to make the place comfortable and unique. However in this melee, the result is a crossbreed between a homestay and a hotel with neither the warmth of a homestay nor the professional touch of a business hotel. The location of the rooms in the property is unorthodox as they are spread on both floors of the main bungalow with small staircase approaches ... Some of the pros and cons I noticed are - - PROS - it's close to the railway station, affordable, well spaced out over an acre or more with sprawling lawns. There is lot of greenery with plenty of fresh air. Early morning one can see peacocks and numerous other birds all over the place which makes you feel invigorating. There is a nice dining deck by the pool, The cooks are good and the buffet / a la carte is tastefully prepared. The well preserved heritage furniture of the place gives you a feel of old Rajputana class. ......furthermore, the convenient lack of wall clocks in any room, encourages you to forget time and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of this location's natural environment. CONS - the staff are mostly young boys and by that extension untrained. They mean well and want to help but simply lack the training to do so. - The thoughtfully appointed rooms appear smaller than they are ...as the ceiling height of most rooms is around 15ft. - Over the 2-3 days of my stay here, I noticed that the mostly evening restaurant clientele is limited to local folk looking for a quiet place to have a drink by the bar & perhaps a little more. So you are unlikely to encounter too many tourists. None the less, if you're looking for a British era property to spend the night, this place ticks all the right boxes.

Horrible experience. They have just 2 waiters which cannot even handle 3 tables. We were there to celebrate parents' anniversary and it was a very embarrassing experience in front of all the guests. They have just one AC that too window and that too just 1.5 ton. Despite asking multiple times if they have proper air conditioning before booking, they always told that they have which was far from truth! We ending up doing most of the serving / waiting ourselves. It's a pity that a place of such beauty and ambience cannot do justice to itself. Not to mention the food was also not at all tasty. We told them multiple times not to make it spicy since we had kids with us but again they could not follow on even this simple instruction. Overall a very pathetic experience!

Horrible experience in terms of management. Staff on reception was not cooperative.. gud food though but service was very slow..n it was because of management not waiters..if they hd 2 diff kitchen thn they shd keep two different menus.. we very bluntly denied tht inner staff will not take your order, instead they cd hv directed ur to concerned staff... poorly managed...
